Sage & schank - sealed today - unfortunately the matt needed 2 sprays, so they got 3 coats, has dulled the colours a bit. Also got a touch of frosting on part of the tracks on yours Sage I've re-touched it with gloss to se if that fixes it if not I'll edo the tracks.

I have recently done a Brazen Claw marine for WM and from that have been asked by Porkuslime to do an Assault Marine in the Brazen Claw color scheme for his Army. He sent me an outstanding model full of detail and I have finished it. I tried, unsuccessfully, to paint words on the scroll on hic chainsword. Oh well, i tried,..Hope you like it Porkuslime.

I hate to say this art but I see many things wrong with this model.

1. It isnt an ork.

2. It hasnt been killed by an ork.

3. The work ork has not been mentioned at all in your last post.

4. Ork

I hope you dont get offended but The Great Marine Swap was note made for trading marines. The Title is just a cruel joke masterminded by whale.

I see something wrong with your comment, for the following here are some examples:

1)It is not an Ork

2)It hasn't been kiled by an ork, at least yet.

3) The work ork was not mentioned correctly in your last post

I hope you understand that this thread is all about orks, and due to this you must make sure your post fits the simple requirements in order to be an ork.

Hey I thought I sounded pretty good for just escaping from evil spirits. And please dont ask how. I am in a middle of a movie contract from the the whole ordeal. But really the marine does look great like sage said. And I love the use of the space puppies shoulder pad for the Brazen Claws.

Well, I did get an ORK in return, does that count? Thanks for the compliments. It was hard to paint him as he was shaking alot being surrounded by all my Orks waiting to be painted.

Well, for both of you ORK guys, they have hit the primer as of this morning. Art, yours has 2 sluggas, so not quite WYSIWYG but I doubt any will care. Casper....errr.....Schank, yours (the second one after I decided the 1st wasnt worthy of the trade) is a shoota boy that will have a bit of Tau mixed in for fun. Pics once I start painting.

First off I just have to say ORK!. Now that thats out of my way I may continue on with this post. Here is about I think 75% done Knights of Guilliman marine for Whalemusic360. Hope ya like it if ya want anything changed let me know. I may be painting it but you have to live with it. And I just can across some old Death Watch Kill Team shoulder pads and bolters so if anyone if one want some I'm trading with I'll toss a few in the box with the model.

Looks awesome! The only thing I ask is that you paint the black spot for a barrel, or better yet drill it. Looking great though, and thats a very minor thing (and only cuz you asked ). As for the DW stuff, I'll trade you a few bits that could be orkified for some.

Sweet just let me know how many you need. And yes I'll drill out the gun just wanted to make sure I have the right drill bit first. The only one I can find at the moment is the one I use on my ork barrels and that one is to big.

Apparently Bill Clinton has some crazy disclosure where is he helps you escape evil spirits and you summon Greater Deamon in the process that all legal rights to the event in question belong solely to him. Got some good ol painting time in today (odd for a weekday). Decided to paint some purple. So I got Gravens duder done short of the base. Cant remember if you wanted me to do one or not, just lemme know.




And as I said, was painting purple. So I started on Lenny's dude as well (and a personal project). Heres a blurry ass WIP teaser for ya. Also need you to remind me on the basing for him.

I love the beakie helmet. Its one of my favorite from the space marine spur. Digging the studded shoulder pad also. You dont see alot of purple marines. I think the damn Emperors Children ruined it for everyone.

WM the marines are looking great, he'll definitely be fit to join the 'Feast of Blades' squad. With that death mask he may even need to be the Sgt, great stuff I'll try to get everyone's marines pushed along. At the moment I have so much work on my final research project I'm slowly losing the will to live let alone paint.

Alrighty then.....ORKS! Ok, now that that is out of the way. I finished An00bis' Brazen Claw Marine. YAY! I'm done with Marines. I can get back to my Orks. Anyway, here he is.

Im starting to like the Brazen Claws more. I have known about them for a long time but just seen pic in WD or codexes. But seeing Arts Im really liking the color scheme. Nice work Art.................ORK!!!!

No rush Lenny, just was feeling the purple. I wanted to ask you, do you want full battle damage like Gravens or more of a clean look. If hes the champion I though he may be cleaned up. Or he could be like many sports players that wear their beat up gear as it is for "luck".

I'll leave the base off all together for ya graven, should make it easier to do.

Yeah he looks really nice, I can't wait to see him painted in your so special kind of way!!! The power fist looks really organic, do you plan on covering it with rust, or in a more fleshy way?!?

edit : after looking again at it, I think I can see some mold lines on the bolt pistol... Or am I nitpicking?
