Zardoz?

Strained Chimps would be cool.

Someone mentioned Dr Who... Captain Jack would fit in the 'expanded' setting quite well, as much as his character irritates the heck out of me,

Or V.I.N.Cent and old B.O.B (just because i've always wanted models of them)

When I hit 'submit' the only reply was yours Tom - without the edit mind you.

So c'mon - who's next? Not-Teal'c? Not-Boba Fett? A variant Cthonian?

The not-Serenity crew is really making me want to back this game but I am still smarting from my $180 Zombicide backing and the cost of jumping to 40k 6th edition.

I am really going to have to think things over in the next few days because the LE minis for this game are quite tempting!

Ok... maybe not that obscure. There are many things in miniature form that the world doesn't need. Sean Connery in his underwear is one of those things. And I'm aware that one does already exist. One is more than enough.

So does the BF bag take in consideration all the extras?

Update #50: Final stretches away! No really....

So these bad boys normally sell for $25 in their metal version, and come with one set of arms. Get them know for $15 each with Flamer and Pulse Cannon arms too! So you got 4 arms to choose from.

The fiendish protective geniuses at Battlefoam have put together a nice little kit to carry around all your Biohazard contents and then some. Great if you intend to paint the game! This bag will be available for sale later, but ships free in the USA if you get it from us now. International shipping please add $25. All Not a Natural Color and other painted sets will include one of these bags to protect your babies already for free.

"Trapped in the cargo facility, conscript Jada "Iron" Lily has survived while jacked into a sturdy THI lifter. Now Jada is clocking some harsh overtime, crushing strain skulls and trying to escape the predatory contagion infecting Alabaster station."

If we hit this stretch, every Biohazard set gets Iron Lily! She may be a little squishy without her THI carapace though... (hint hint). And not to worry, if we don't hit this stretch she'll be available in the CKPM as an option!

Ok, so no strained version of the main box set characters.

Does anyone know if strained heroes have different rules?

New stuff looks wonderful though.

LOVE the suit, but might skip out on that due to cost... the bag though... if there was a reason to make my bid higher I would, but at the moment, there is no reason to go higher in $ terms other than more stuff...

So it's these two models, basically:

http://studiomcvey.highwire.com/product/swr015-thi-utility-carapace-mattock-variant
http://studiomcvey.highwire.com/product/swr014-thi-utility-carapace-maul-variant

I was tempted by those before, for counts-as terminators, but the price (22 pounds ) on his website put me off. For $15 apiece... hmmmmmmm....

Would they be able to be ordered separately? A friend just tried to pledge for the Serenity models and found out those could only be added to a Biohazard pledge. Is it that way for all of the "extras", or can some things just be pledged for... like these beauties?

It's for everything. "I have money and would like to buy your models" apparently isn't good enough for CMoN.

They're described as being on 40mm bases and over 40mm tall on the webpage:

Comes complete with left claw and right heavy weapon.

This miniature stands over 40mm tall and comes in 8 highly detailed resin pieces.

$15 with all four arms is comparable to GW easy, in my opinion. Those are really nice.

Alex- Bummer! Although, it could be a problem using these en masse, anyway, if all the legs are posed the same (as the two models on his site are).

However, the concept art shows a different pose of legs, so that's interesting. I wonder which it would be, or if he'd offer options? From the text it mentions 4 sets of arms, but nothing about alternate legs / etc.

I'm waiting until the 6th ed boxed set comes out. I'll just use the store copy until then. The biohazard level on this game is just a super deal.

dammit... I should have worked more last week to really get the benefit from all these awesome minis.

It's too bad that they don't have Ridley in the THI for some Ripley in a power Lifter action.

Oh, and in for $230 (quarantine, terrain, extra tiles, all the homage figs).

Incidentally, anyone consider the possibility of using space hulk tiles to connect the rooms and spread out the board?

So, they're just the same ones with both arm options?

I'll pass, the only must haves for me are the things I can't get afterwards without going to a convention that they happen to be at.

Honestly, I hope we don't get more of those.

I grudgingly agree. I really want one (or two) of those THI's to accompany my Vanguards, but I think I'd rather spend the $25 and buy them when the game ships to me, rather than waiting 4 months more for plastic ones. Especially if that frees up $30 on the kickstarter for something like the Opticamo minis, or three additional characters.

If they shipped with the game, like the Lights out stuff, I'd be right on them for sure.

It's too bad, they're awesome, and with all four weapon options on top of that!

Note, those painted pics are from his store/site, not necessarily the exact Kickstarter ones.

The different posing of the legs is what is making me wonder... obviously they'd be making a new mold to have it done in plastic. But the walking legs (the painted models on his site) look a lot better than the two legs together like the artwork on the KS page has, imo.

Hear hear! GW can wait to get my money, heck, I may even give it a break and switch to Sed-wars and Infinity for a year!

Those suits are just what I was hoping for, even if they have the single pose, plastic should make them easier to convert.

$600k until the next stretch goal? Seems like the gaps between the goals are growing fast. Ah well, if we achieve it there is a free mini so I can't complain!
