(I'm tired so my English is very weak, I apologize in advance.)

@Commander Cain: Thank you. I tried to add that, but unfortunately I don't have any ink.

@Vik: Thanks, as always.

@Swampyturtle: Thanks, but I can tell you this. Not enough effort is going into this. If I had any self-discipline I would have been done now. :(

So first off; I'm changing the name of the Blog to Sons of Sek instead of Shadows of Heresy, as I will use Shadows of Heresy name in the future.

I finished the tank a while ago, but I haven't got taken any pictures before five minutes ago. The first veteran squad is in the process of being painted but due to a total renovation of the kitchen and bathroom plus me being a lazy ass it's going slow.
Some one should send me tons of mojo, so I stop wasting time.

Well, pictures:

The finish chimera:

First time with my roommates camera so not all of them came out good.

If anyone have suggestions on how to increasing my mojo, feel free to comment.

I will leave you with this this cool battle report.
(The battle report is not mine.)

chimera is looking good...tho i have to say... not finished yet... the khorne icone is too wonky... needs fixing... and i think the letters of the work sek should look more ragged and thicker if you ask me...and lots of details like scrolls and stuff are not done yet... tho the rusty and peeled off paint is really looking good!

by the way... assuming this is your kitchen floor... is that a slice of ancient pizza on your floor in the background?

Knew I could count on you Vik!

Wonky? Can you explain that to me. I would like to fix it if I can.
I'm quite satisfied with the SEK writing, so I won't do much about that. Maybe the camera that is messing it up.

I don't really have anymore scrolls and stuff..

It is my kitchen floor, and I don't know if you are talking about the yellow block or the thin brown paper.

yes....was talking about the yellow rock... looks a bit like a long neglected piece of pizza to me

and well... i would have liked a bit of ragged looking writing ...you know... like they used a sharp edge to actually scratch the letters "SEK" into the tanks hide...if i make myself clear here?

and on the one side of the chimera you have a skull and a scroll/banner thingy... you´ve painted the skull but ignored the scroll/name tag there...

and as for the icon... it´s directly on the right side... on the hatch... is it inteded to me lopsided? that was what i was referring to...

i know i am a nitpicker you can count on that!

Yea, it's a piece of cement I found outside that has the same colour as the Seks!

Arhh! You know what? I will actual scratch it into the next one I do.

Arhh, those! Well I will try to write Anakwanar on them then..

The khorne symbol on the hatch on the right side of the tank.. Do you think it's look stupid because it's not vertical?
I just smacked it on, like I thought any chaos worshipper would do..

then i would weather the icon a tad... thus it looks more lived with... if you understand my line of thought...

and yes.... write that on the scrolls... dunno what it means... but sounds right and meaningful...in a generell unmeaning way

I love your Tactiscouts. They need camo paint on their faces too, lol.

First thing I thought was "Look at all that shiny skin showing".

Really cool project you have going on here though.

Marneus Calgar is referred to as "one of the Imperium's greatest tacticians" and he treats the Codex like it's the War Bible. If the Codex is garbage, then how bad is everyone else?

Thanks for the kind words VS.

So after a heavy loss (twice) against Unwanteds Imperial Fists I decided to take some pictures of the soon painted additions to my Sons of Sek.

Here are the pictures, sorry for the quality.

Goons:

Sniper & Sergeant:

Mortar:

New Company Comander:

Sentinel (still wip):

I need to do the highlights and finishing touches on the Plasma Squad, and then they will come up here as well.

Thanks for looking/reading.

Brilliant posing on the sentinel and I never noticed the lasguns converted from shotguns but they are genius!

Thanks for the kind words Commander Cain, it takes for ever with this army since almost everything is a conversion.

Small update, I finished the renewed Company Commander to be a bit more grim. Maybe not in total line with the Sons of Sek, but I feel he looks suitably enough.

Sorry for the dark photoes, the weather is bad.

Tried to edit the photo in photobucket.. It did not go well...

And a wip of the top of the sentinel.

Hope you like it.

Here is a wip of what I'm working on:

Not so satisfied with the hand over the mouth. Still needs more greenstuff and plastic-card.

Thanks for looking!
