No it doesn’t, it has the Emperors Spears chapter insignia, which is the chapter the book is about.

It looks very much like it. It's a bit silly of GW to create a readily identifiable 'touchstone' Primaris faction that can deepen the fluff and then give them blue armour and a trident for a symbol. Scratches head....

The Emperors Spears have pale blue armour with a white helm and black trident chapter badge with a skull in the centre. While the Void Tridents have dark blue armour, bronze helms and shoulder trims, white shoulder pads and an stylized red trident as there chapter badge. Even at a glance most people wouldn't mix them up.

I really hope the new Black Legion guy can be built as a generic Raptor Lord. Would be pretty rude to Night Lords fans to make an HQ that synergizes with their iconic unit and not let them use it.

Honestly, I am fine with a plastic Primaris Marneus Calgar. I just hope other characters get new models too. Give us a new plastic Commander Dante and Azrael. Heck, I would love to have a brand new plastic Pedro Kantor!

Edit: I gotta admit, those Honour Guard look pretty sweet. And they come with shields so they are actually capable of guarding him. Hopefully other Chapters will get updated rules to allow shield Honour Guard.

To be fair they did have Marneus mention something called "the Rubicon Primaris", so I reckon there's a good chance we'll see those turned into Primaris in the future.

Some awesome stuff here. Calgary is okay, but I really like his honour guard. The Warp Talon Lord is awesome. Slaanesh herald with harp person is very cool. The new Titan looks sweet. And the GSC dirt bikers/buggy are fantastic (I love the bike sniper).

Lol, bye to old marines. If the most important characters are being converted to primaris that's the end of the faction. Nice models from an aesthetic point of view, but complete heresy fluff-wise. Enjoy your new chaos faction, and I only pray that the female character in the book preview is a primaris marine.

New bikers are cool, but dammit why isn't there an IG version? They'd make awesome rough rider equivalents if only the rules were there.

, but thankfully those are Reaver arm weapons so it's confirmed to cost way more points than any game of 40k will ever use (and no, Apocalypse is not a game, it's an exercise in masochism) and we'll never see one outside of a display case.
