I am a SoB player and fan. I am sick and tired of every thread about them dragged into being locked. I don't care who started it because I am finishing it. No more. At all. Suspensions to follow.

Although I think the 'leaked screenshots' are bollocks, I am a big fan of Redemptionists. I hope they make it back into the real book. Heck, they can either rebox the old Red models or just officially say they look more like the Flagellants now.
OT: I LOVE the flagellants box. It is a badass plastic kit.

Not what I meant by having that in quotation marks. Since when has Infiltrators been called Infiltration? This is what mainly makes me call this a fake.

I'm with you there Pretre.
I've got all the old Red models, the current Red models (which are great, if pricey), and about... oh... 60-ish Flagellant models converted over to 40K. Plus all the actual Priest/Missionary models GW has made. Even got the Mordheim Preacher. And the Ex-Illis Priests and converted them into Imperial Priests.
Seems I have a thing for the Ecclesiarchy.

lol. Okay, I'm not that hardcore.
I have about 60 of the 'old' Red models. Bitz ordered them back in the day for when you could field the 20 man mobs with 4 eviscerators.
Unfortunately, I just converted them all to guardsmen, so it will be just my luck if they bring them back and I have to rip off meltaguns and such. lol
I do have Kyrinov and Jacobus, some mordheim models for priests (they make such good count-as) and all that. They're making good PCS, CCS, Commissars and sgts in my guard as well. My poor guard army will fair poorly with a sisters reboot.

Well, there are these things called 'editors', and they're paid to catch little inconsitencies like that. That mistake alone isn't enough to point this out as a fake.
That's not to say that you're wrong, or even wrong for suspecting that or pointing it out, only that I don't think it's 'enough' to mark these pages out asinstant fakes. Automatically Appended Next Post: pretre wrote:lol. Okay, I'm not that hardcore.
Heh! Yeah well my group and I are kinda nuts. I've done whole 'Armies of Faith' for Apoc games. Loads of screaming idiots with flamer and meltaguns all commanded by various Priests. Total waste of space and never kill anything, but loads of fun!
We also play a lot of the 40KRPG's, Dark Heresy especially, so having all those Priests comes in handy. Hell, my players are right now on a Cathedral/Shrine World, so it makes even more sense. I'm using Kyrinov as one of the major NPC's.
Oh! Thought of another one - got two of the Warhammer Empire Wizard boxes, made one into a Cardinal, two into his bodyguards, and the fourth into a Daemonhost. So yeah, kinda crazy-obsessed with the Ecclesiarchy. And yet I own not a single Sisters model. Weird...

I'm now torn. On one hand I've always liked the SoB and wanted a whole army full of church-tanks. On the other hand I want me necrons. Personally I hope we see no Inquisitorial units in the SoB book, instead focusing on Ecclesiarchal units.

If I had to guess, I'd guess that you'll see new crons a good piece before you see new sisters. Now, I say that without any insider information to back me up. Just my reasoning given the amount of work that I personally feel each faction would need to bring them up to a Codex-level release.

They really shouldn't be. I think of Ordo Hereticus being much more actively involved in the wider Ecclesiarchy than the other Ordos are in the various departments of the Imperium.

It was my understanding that it was the other way around, that the Ecclesiarchy are involved in the Inquisition? There was that treaty, can't remember its name, that meant that SoB had to help out an Inquisitor if asked, which hinted that they were seperate bodies and the Ecclesiarchy were aiding the Ordo Hereticus, rather than visa versa (Not sure if that's the expression...)
Also, I don't suppose someone could explain to me the idea behind including Adeptus Arbites in 40K? As far as I can see, they're the police. Awesome police, but police nonetheless, and I don't see why they'd have a place in large-scale army games. I looked at them on Lexicanum and I still don't really get it... Not to say they SHOULDN'T be in, I just don't really get why they are. I thought they were reserved for offshoot games.

Ok, maybe some other, obscure rule, like Vulnerable to Templates, would be mistyped, but..... Infiltrate? Really? It shows up like 3 times in every Codex....
But yeah, I've always been one of those people who argues against something until undeniable proof is put before them, then they follow along happily. So I'm doubting for now, but if proof comes in....
Say those pages are true, though. I wonder who gets the copies of them and circulates them? Surely it'd be illegal?

They are police that enforce laws like "the Planetary Governor will remain loyal to the Imperium". If cult activity gets out of hand or the Planetary Governor tries to secede, they are the ones who will ensure reinforcements from the Imperial Guard or Space Marine reinforcements arrive to retake the planet, and may have to stand against the entire PDF in the meantime.

DA and BT aren't gonna get a codex any time soon (even counting "sometime within a year" as "soon").
It's gonna be GK, Necrons, Sisters, Tau more likely than not.

Also the format/letter type or whatever it's called is different. For example WARGEAR in this one as opposed to Wargear in the GK leak. And REDEMPTIONIST MILITIA is a completely different letter type than the entry names the GK have.
Of course this doesn't necessarily rule out or confirm anything (one document could be further along in the development process than the other, which however then raises questions about when exactly it leaked out), but what I'm seeing in this picture looks rather suspect while the GK leak looks exactly the same as a real (printed) codex.
