Heh, have to check him out... I'm hoping the TWC are like the wolf pack sprues... so many damn options and bits. Not sure I like that super axe, but the rest looks good.

I think that cyberwolf makes the Space Wolves less awesome just by association. Taking care of your animals is all well and good, but when he needs two bionic legs and a bionic eye it's time to let go.

I agree. I don't think he looks dynamic enough. I think it is the spacing of his legs - the model doesn't seem fluid.

I think the wolf standard and wolflord on TW heads both look awful, I may have to get rid of my converted TWC and wolflord from white lions to these new ones and convert a wolf lord from the plastics

I had imagined Arjacs shield much larger, but this is ok.
He dont look to flashy, and that work really well with the fluff (and the fact that he is still just a Wolf Guard champion).

Hey, I notice they go easy on the "lucky rabbits foot" wolftails on these new models. Good riddance!

From the waist up they tried to mimic his picture from the codex. Unfortunatly they made the rest of his body fairly static so it doesn't mix too well.

What I find funny is that his T-hammer doesn't look like any of the other T-hammers out. In fact it looks like Mjollnir from the Thor movie thus giving more ammo for those who like to make fun of him in that way. I will probably be keeping my conversion over purchasing this model.

I like the WOLF part of the wolf lord (I don't dig the face). Arjak looks fine. The standard bearer is "meh", but it is hard to do a cool looking standard bearer.

I am not a fan of the ballerina cyberwolf though.

I like the Lord on Wolf a lot, although he seems more a wolfguard than a lord tbh.

Especially like the wolf and his frost axe, but yes it'll be cheaper and easier to convert your own.

I think the thing that's off about Arjac is the odd way he's holding the hammer. It doesn't fit with the pose, and while I think it's supposed to look like he's about to swing, the angle is awkward. Plus he's even more expensive than the other SW characters in Terminator armor, and I already shy away from those prices. It's to bad, I rather like Arjac as a possible model for a cool generic Wolf Lord.

The standard bearer is pitiful for the idiotically expensive price. Sorry, I'll use a plastic Space Marine figure, and spend 2.99 at The Warstore for the standard bearer arm from the SM command squad. About 20% the price, and I can pose it, AND it won't be finecast.

And does anyone else have a huge worry about the single leg holding up the entire cyberwolf? I wouldn't even like that in plastic, much less finecast.

As long as you cut the freaking mohawks off. Not sure why SW have a punk rocker theme going but it has never appealed to me .

I seriously hope that PW wielding arm is an add-on. I never field my current SW totem as he came with a PF gripping the standard. Though I can just cut the hand off since its resin...just a pain to pay $25 for a model you need to perform surgery on.

But....

Why is the Grey Hunter with the wolf banner wearing runic armor? Sigh....

I don't know if the runes = Runic armor, I think they're here just to look cool.

He's Finecost, and because GW lives in opposite world, cheaper material = higher price.

It's also because he is a Terminator character, which always cost more than Pa characters,

Except Logan and Njal aren't as expensive as Arjac. Of course, GW could always be planning on raising the price on them up to $25 to match Arjac....

Whatever, it's just the annual price increase come early, just at 30-100% this time.........

21 Euros, isn't that about £18? That's rather a lot...

The Cyberwolf looks really goofy. To attach it to the base by one leg they have made the pose is totally unnatural and rather awkward looking.

I prefer some of the alternative thunderwolves that are on the market actually, but it's good that GW finally have produced these. The wait for Space Wolf players has been pretty silly.

Am I misreading the above, or is Canis being discontinued?

A Standard plus a PA marine would be too large for the mini-sprue format. Just wouldn't fit on the sprue. Even a basic terminator may be pushing it.

I actually really like Arjac. Mostly for parts. I like his shield, his shoulderpads, his legs (a lot), his torso, and even his head. I don't like the underhanded grip on his hammer, but that is easy to fix. Some bionics would have been cool, but I really like the figure.

Harald's head is kind of ganked, but I like it. It is weird and it works. Ugly works. And I need to see more angles on the axe, but I'm intrigued. Lastly, love his shield. Another leftie like Arjac.

I agree with previous comments that there should have been some bionic bits on the Fen sprue to make some cyberwolves. That would have allowed for the Finecast model to be REALLY cyber. But I'm sure the Fen kit is intended to appeal to fantasy equally.
