Agree, I think the face of not-Six is quite better. At least what I can guess from the pics LOL

To be fair, I don't think the contrast on either of the pics looks particularly good. They definitely look to have got the proportions and poses spot on, and it could be that the Battlestar Galactica girl has a bit of a flatter face anyway, and so the limited depth of the photo doesn't affect it that much.

Same here. So much stuff to look forward to painting once GW prices me out of their stuff (which they mostly have already).

So.....anything new on the game? I am actively awaiting the Kickstarter manager to finish out my order.

Planning some nice non-grimdark future Sci-fi conflicts this fall. I think the game will make an easy basis for small skirmish games (simply replace the grid with inches on an open tabletop of scenery.)

No, nothing. I imagine that we'll have to wait another week until they're done with Gen Con before we see any progress.

I posted this on the Studio McVey forums earlier it's from my CKPM they have added Sedition Wars as a project as of today but it's not yet available on the orders page so something may happen soon.

If it's really bugging anyone just contact them for a refund. I made a post bitching on Kickstarter and they immediately offered to refund me if I'm unhappy with the wait. I didn't take it, but to anyone who is, there is an option.

I'm really not worried, as I'm not going to add anything to the order. I'll just be locking it in for sure.

They are pretty busy with Zombicide stuff, aren't they?

I'll give them a wide margin, I trust they are going to do a great job.

Aye I didn't buy either this or Zombicide because I needed them 'tomorrow' it'll get here when it gets here is my feelings on the matter.

Oh, I'm just talking about maintaining good communication with the 4,000 people who just essentially gave you a million dollars who you told you'd get back to 2 weeks ago. Especially while asking for more (RK).

Oh yeah, the communication, the updates, the sense of satisfaction after purchase has been absolutely zero. They have done nothing to encourage a sense of customer satisfaction or even bothered to try and give people some communication.

This will definitely be my last Kickstarter but doubly so, the last time I buy anything from Cool Mini or Not.

Some people really have some strange kind of sense of entitelment.

They seid that it would take some time to cough up the tool and that it would probably take a month. Count in GenCon and they are still within a reasonable time-frame.

Also, you knew from the beginning that before November you would get nothing.

So quit acting like sissis and just wait like everyone else does and did with Zombicide.

I think so too. If we are a week or two into September and we still haven't heard anything then it might be time to start sending emails, but I don't think it's necessary to jump to any bad conclusions yet.

Well my last update from the Kickstarter itself said at least 4weeks before the thingy comes up, and that was dated August 2nd. So they have been communicating.

Its obviously taking them more time than they initially said, but to say they have not been communicating is a bit of a stretch. Or do folks have email updates from Kickstarter switched off?

You are incorrect. It says that once it goes up, it will stay up for at least 4 weeks.

The updates also never give a date to when their pledge manager go lives, it just goes live on Day 30+

They are probably just extremely busy with Gencon that they decided to hold off on opening it up till they get back.

Ah yeah I did misread, however it is still basically saying we'll update you asap. If they haven't got an exact date, what more can they do?
