Forever alone

Everyone is scared of something. This is a subject we can all relate to each other about... no going off-topic here!

As I have explained before, I am really, really scared of immunisation needles. But a far worse phobia is that of knives. My hands tremble whenever I pick up a knife. It probably has something to do with my dad dying from being stabbed.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

There's no need to try and slide that in, thank you.

Ahh, leeches. I had awful experiences with leeches when I was camping as a child. Five of them on my face.

I seriously don't have any phobias to speak of.

Needles don't bother me at all. Surprisingly, I'm not afraid of spiders (despite being bit on the face by a brown recluse and spending a good few weeks in the hospital getting antibiotics injected into my cheek). Leeches are really interesting.

If I had to pick one, I'd probably say heights. I don't have an inherent fear of them, per se (Like in enclosed spaces, such as a plane or the inside of a building), but standing on the edge of something very high up in the air tends to give me vertigo.

Pain is an illusion of the senses, Despair an illusion of the mind.

I don't so much have a phobia. I am a little nervous with heights, but nothing that will stop me doing what I want to for more than a second or two

I would say heights but the only time I get scared is when I don't feel safe. For example I ventured to the top of a hotel I was staying in in mexico once and found no railings stopping you from falling to your death. So considering that's more a rational fear than an irational one I don't think it's a phobia.

Under the Himalaiyan mountains

Spiders, heights a little bit(only scared if its like 5-30 ft, nothing higher) and really tight spaces, like crawlspaces in a cave. The worst is spiders though.

"I.. I know my time has come" Tethesis said with a gasp, a torrent of blood flowing from his lips.
"No! Hang on brother!!" Altharius could feel the warmth slip away from his dear sibling's hands

Tethesis's reached out his bloodied arm to Altharius's face.
"I..I have one final request"
Altharius leaned close to listen, tears welling in his once bright eyes.
"make sure th..they put my soulstone in a tank... it'll be... real fethin' cool"
"Yes, you're gonna be the most fethin' cool tank!!" burning hot tears streaked down Altharius's face, as he held his brother's soul in his grasp.

My phobia is of greedy, power-hungry politicians that will drain the country of resources and screw the people over and then force the people to accept a new government where all the positions are appointed by other politicians who are in what's called an "Electoral College" but the people still get to vote on who goes where even though it doesn't matter.

Heights. If I am on a ladder or anything above 6 feet I get weak-knees. It's funny because I'm 6'4". People I know say that I ought to be used to it.

I went on a roller coaster last summer. By the time we got to the top I was on the verge of throwing up. About 3/4 of the way up I seriously thought about finding a way to stop the coaster, but then I realized the way down was going to be a lot worse then just finishing the ride.

I wouldn't say it's a phobia, but I get a really weird feeling when my dog is anywhere near my neck. It's a seven pound dachsund so I'm not too worried. Maybe it means that I have some sort of premonition about how I will die?
