The money gets taken once a Kickstarter ends and the project has reached its goal. As this one ends in a few hours and has reached 3500% of their goal, the money should be taken soon.

Kickstarter only guarantees that the project gets funded. But as HMBC said, this is CMON, so nothing to worry about.

Your safest bet is to try and check the credentials of those involved with the project.

So, as noted, this one is backed by a 'known' entity - so pretty safe!

Same with the Ogre Kickstarter - no worries there.

Speaking of which, I would've bet that Ogre would have ended up making more than Zombicide.

Now, not so sure!

Ogre still has plenty of days to go, so it can still go over Zombicide. Too bad their overseas shipping is ludicrous ($90+) or I'm sure they would have gotten a lot more european KS sales. Oh well, I guess I can pick up a copy once it has made its way to local retailers.

If by "weird" you mean "awesome" then yes, it is "weird"!

I don't think we're getting any more stretch goals either - it has been a hell of a ride so far though!

sometimes in life you just have to say "screw it, I want this" and put up the money!

$126 for the abomination set, including all the freebies and shipping to the UK, is actually an amazing deal!!

Even if I dont like the game, I reckon it will be worth more than $126 on ebay..

but really look forward to this, should be awesome!!

I think you mean $125, not $126

Perhaps we should have a dakka zombicide meet where we combine the tiles and models of every [insert nation here]'s dakka members for a single, massive game

I changed my pledge to $275 so that I can get two sets (combining with a friend). I had to put another Amazon charge through... I'll only get charged once right, the $275 and not the $185 I put through originally?

Correct, Amazon should run one charge for the most recent amount.

You can double check by going to https://payments.amazon.com/ and logging in.

Edit: Ok, it apparently does not show anything "pending"... but yeah, it only charges the "most recent" ammount.

I knew they could do it! With all the stretch goals having been achieved, i consider $185 a very good price. Money well spent!

Now to brainstorm for a 3d map.....

It looks almost certain we will make it to $750,000, at $737,395 now with 2 hours to go! It would be cool if they did an ultimate $800,000 goal, but I don't think they will with 2 hours.

Which is a bit odd I think because didnt CMON get into a lot of doo doo way back then? Or maybe I'm confusing them with someone else

Although arguable they are very legit now, its just that some lines are very overpriced (poor Confrontation) and they sell a lot of female figures

Still this is probably the most exciting thing I've seen from them

I think the police officer is the guy from The Walking Dead (anyone know his name?), and Dave the Geek is Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory. Other than that, I don't know any of the others.
