HBMC, I'm aware you never pay MSRP for GW stuff (personally I but from Neal at the Warstore, but Maelstrom may get my next couple of purchases due to your persistence) but I'm asking about the MSRP, not the price I'll actually be paying :-)

I'd buy from Neal as well if not for the shipping costs, but that aside, in my own little world, that is the MSRP. What GW charges never factors into it.

Is that Eagle section othe shrine one giant panel or is the eagle separate piece that is fitted onto the building? So many terrain probabilities for that panel/eagle bit!

I'm thinking a couple of them on the front of a massive SOB themed Indomitable fortress for Planetstrike...

So are they gonna market the crashed lander to use as the crashed ship stratagem in Planetstrike?

It comes with the eagle panel two intact Gothic windows and two damaged windows.

And it's a great idea, seeing as the crashed lander is a fine piece of terrain and not everybody has it.

Wasn't there a blog somewhere, where someone used plastic card and made a complete lander from the parts!?

The shrine looks good, the price seems fair.
Alot of people will buy two or three to make a complete building that costs £40/60..

Somewhat of topic, but my question still relates to the new and upcoming GW scenery - the Dark Angel-themed fortress tower. Can't recall the name. That is being released as a kit later, or no? I had heard it was a one-off build up, but it confuses me that they have rules for that Tower-thing in the Planetstrike book. Any insight?

As far as I know, it's just a kit bash of the Shrine and Bastion.

Anyways, I'll probably grab the lander, just for the Maccragy-ness.

If it was a kit bash, it's pretty extensive. There are duplicated panels (including the large Dark Angel icon walls) all over that thing. Odd that every other fortification in the PS book that has rules written for it was produced in plastic, but that one is not. A real shame, that.

Well, the new bastion was in the fifth edition rulebook, apparently they like giving previews almost a year before they release the model.

I just got myself an Imperial City box (yes, someone still had one unopened and put it up on eBay) and plan to make a nice large building incorporating the SotA and IC pieces. I'm looking at building pics to see if I can get any inspiration for the setup.
