What combi weapons are on the Termicide?
CSM: generally mixing weapons is a bit of a downer. No Icon?

Zerkers look ok. LR's: no extra armor? As important as those two rides are, you don't want shaken to ruin their days.

The list seems ok, but the lack of special weapons makes me say 'seems'.

There are things that kill land raiders easy enough and lists that just out run this, so be careful around those.

You present all of 4 targets from turn one. I am afraid that you are going to get swamped with fire and the Landraiders will get immobilized or destroyed. That Daemon Prince isn't going to survive turn 2 because the anti-infantry fire has no where else to go.

I run basically the same list (1 more CSM squad in Rhino) at 1750 and never have problems with redundancy. The raiders fully obscure my prince (conversion based on AoBR dread).

What use is the autocannons when you'll be moving up and can't shoot? I think thats a lot of wasted points!

Also I ALWAYS run my LR's with demonic possession. Its great because it allows me to get up the field quickly and with relative ease!

I agree with others, your prince will probably get blasted, even thru cover. Things like Scouts and Rangers make DP's lives hell.

This list would be interesting to see in action. in a 1500 pt tourney I faced a guy running spam chaos, 3 squads of normals in rhinos (2 w/ meltas, one w/ plasma), 1 khorne squad (w/ PF), defiler, and a chaos lord. It was a pretty nice list against my nids, just enough anti-infantry to put a hurting on me (even tho I massacred him) but also flexible. Seems very similar to your list
