Yes, even Chaos Scum have standards. Tzeentch especially is picky about spelling.

Also, just go for Imperial Guard.
Pimaris Psyker and PBS for the Corrupted and just paint up the Infantry as renegade scum.

And IG would be the best army, their basic troops are all humans with commonly available imperial weapons, they have HQ and elite choices which could represent rebel leadership elements, and all their tanks obviously could represent tanks crewed by heretics not loyalists.

i use a mix of catachan/cadian bodies kitbashed, then converted ork nobs as ogryns(sounds weird but if you ever get a chance to c my army, you'll agree it fits in pretty well ) a mix of converted sentinels and chaos dreadnoughts as sentinels, and a mix of gw/tamiya tanks (kitbashed) for my battletanks and transports...welcome to the heretical goodness of wh40k!
