If you magnetize the guns then that could be a stormraven.

When i first saw the tank i thought it was going to be a giant exorcist or something of the sort.

That would of looked cool but this looks awesome

(Now i want to make something that fires 20 small blast templates or gets 5d6 s8-10 ap1-2 missile shots)

Now this post will relate quite a lot to the dangers of heat to plastic models, since there has been a small 'accident' with the ordinatus construction. (I blame heretic scum infiltrating the blessed forge! a full purge is in motion as I write this message, All shall be purged. Deus Omnissiah Vult!)

What happened is I had a little party and i had nowhere to put the ordinatus, so like the fool I was I put it on the stove and slid it back agains the wall beliving it safe from flying bottles, spilled beer and people falling over it.
Little did I factor in the possibility that 'someone', being a bit drunk, would lean against the stove and somehow,.. accidentally turn on one of the heating plates with his god damn ass.

So.. even worse this was the plate that the Model was acctually standing over.. wich resulted in.. you guessed it!

so.. i was quite quick on my feet so the burned whreck should be salvageble with some time and plasticard... but still I would like to convey a warning to you all.

DO NOT EVER PUT MODELS ON A POTENTIAL HEATSOURCE!!!

follow this simple rule and you will be spared much hard work.. and your flat won't smell burned plastic for a week.

The whreck in all it's fallen glory.

what's left of the deck.

what's left of the gun.

So began the work of clearing up the mess left by the

Shouldn't be too hard to put the hull back together.. I have after all loads of spare parts.

Aw dude... I just found this and thought: "hey what an awesome super heavy tank this guy got! Maybe I shall leave a kind comment about it" *switches from page 1 to 2 * "........ " ah well. Despite the chaos infiltrators this is an amasing tank and I wish you good luck in repairing it!

Aaaah no! The Ordinatus was looking so beautifull and realistic! (as in: GW could have released it) I hope you can rebuild now and make it look more awsome then it already did, form the ashes a fenix will rise.
A thought of me was, Ordinatus makes me think of ordenance ofcourse, have you considered giving it a ordinance like gun? Like on a Basilisk?

Thank you, but after all, it's just plastic.

As for the gun I think I will scrap the original concept and make it a humongous plasma cannon.. perhaps a plasma annihilator like the one found on the Imperator titan.
Work on the shuttle progresses on shedule, should perhaps update with some pics tomorrow, it's down to hull textures and gap-filling.

Yes, another update.
Just on the shuttle though, I need to rethink the hulldesign a little on the Ordinatus due to that the Plasma Annihilator gun that I have been scetching on will need a slightly different approach to how I build the gun's mounting on the hull.
I will need some more time for scetching and testing before I can re-launch this project.

So, I have finished the hull's basic shape so now it's mostly texture and detailwork left.. and gap filling... and ofc. the paintjob

Missiles etc.

Bottom Hull.

Misc.

Feedlines etc.

Thank you all, it's turning out nicely here.

The ordinatus will be quite different than it's current incarnation but i think it will become much better in it's second incarnation.
