Lovely work so far, I love T-hawk projects! I'm rather stuck in the past so I've never attempted a modern looking scratch build myself. All the paneling and detailing is top notch, it will look great on the battle field!

soon done... wel almost anyways
Laninggear and weapons is up next

started on the lascannon wings...

the predator lascannon was a bit to short, so I cut it down and used a imperial guard cannon to lengthen it a bit

and of course the hawk in al its present glory

Lots left do do... but soon its ready for apocalypse. well some painting left of course...

Nice updates!
Also on your op you have a link to where you got the templates form every time I click on it comes to a login page. Its getting really annoying, could you do another one that lets others see it because I would love to see It.

I have been a busy little bee

front and rear landing gear done... the hole is for the soon to be made flying base. Any ideas on what to use as a base? I have a 10 mm aluminium tube to mount it on but no base... It needs to be quite sturdy since the whole thing is going to be a bit topheavy

closeup of rear landing gear (seems that I forgot to take a closeup picture of the front fore some reason...)

Lascannon wing mounted. I used magnets so it would be possible to angel the wing in "attack mode" but the thing was to heavy and will not stay up in the right angle... have to figure some thing out...

front twinlinked heavy bolter

big a$$ cannon... (the pic is a bit blury for some reason... I´ll take a better one next time)

the whole thunderhawk in done (well that side any ways...)

Very nice work! Have you done a lot of other scratchbuild projects, or are you equal parts raw talent and ambition?

Keep it up! Subscribed!

It has been a while... we have had very nice weather here in southern Sweden lately, no time to be couped up in side playing with platicard. Well thats what my girlfriend tels me anyway...

But I have managed to squeeze in some build time, and am pleased to say that the hawk is done and ready for some paint. And here´s some pics to prove it

Looking great! The bubbles are unfortunate, but if they don't straighten themselves out, maybe you could paint them up as some sort of battle damage. Heat deformation or somesuch, maybe.

Sweet scratch build dood! One beef i have is it seems to be missing rivets on the side panels. Or i just can't see them

Really, really cool stuff. If the bubbles don't fix themselves, you should just put plasticard over them and paint the additions.

Nice going! I particularly like your rendering of the landing gear which I have given much thought to as yet on my Thunderhawk project.
