I have to say my biggest Criticism of KR was how poor their website used to be. They have changed it and streamlined it, it's so much better now (though still not what I would call a good website). Otherwise everything else about them is great. EDIT - If only Peter Pig would re-do his website.

I travel overseas a fair bit so i ordered a kaiser transport case from kr. Placed an order and payed but then got an email a few days later saying that the bags have been delayed. Ok not a big deal, they told me what they had in stock or i could get a full refund. I was in no real hurry as i flew in about a month, so i asked if they could garentee that i would get the bag before my trip. They garenteed it and they delivered. I don't mind if things go wrong as long as i am told about it.
I love the bag/case itself. Holds my army great. Foam dose not damage the paint.

I have 11. Need to order a couple more shortly.
After using a variety of other brands, I now use these exclusively. Can't see myself changing anytime soon either.

I'm very pleased with the double pack I bought.
It's comfy to wear and is very useful as a general bag because it can carry so much - great as a shopping bag.
The only draw back with it is that the bottom of the box sits on your belt line, and if you have lose fitting trousers on it tends to debag you Automatically Appended Next Post: mwnciboo wrote:I have to say my biggest Criticism of KR was how poor their website used to be.

The website is a pain. Also if you send them the list of models you have they tend to vastly over inflate how many cases you need. I sent them my ogre list and they reckoned I needed something like four cases. However after added thirty or so models to that list I can get it all safely into 2 cases.

KR is my transport solution of choice, I have sold off all my other bags, short of a couple of old GW ones that store my almost never used WFB armies.
The great thing about the soft foam is that it does not rub the paint off of metal miniatures like the hard foam has a habit of doing in the long run.
I use the card cases for long term storage and a Kaiser 2 and 3 bag for transport to my games. I have labeled all of my card cases so armies and their elements are easy to find and load into the bags.
In my experience their customer service has a triple A rating. Any little discrepancy has been fixed in a fast manner with zero questions.

I have a Backpack 2 and a Kaiser 2. Both products do the job well - the Kaiser 2 is more rugged and, in my opinion, looks a hell of a lot better. Most of my armies take up two cases, so that's what I often use.
The Backpack 2 looks like it's made from cheaper materials - just a really basic, waterproof backpack made to fit the cases. However, it's a lot more versatile, as I can close it down to only take one case (for my smaller armies) without any wiggle room. I also cycle to games occasionally, and obviously the backpack is much better for that (that was the original reason I got it).

I'll echo the other guys and say they're really good. I have he backpack 2 and with tha card case double stacked allows you to carry quite allot in a realigely compact space.
The bag is so useful as I type now from my holiday I have it with me as normal non gaming luggage! It's a handy mid sized backpack.

I had a Land Speeder Storm before they released a tray for it. I called them, asked their advice, and they released the foam for them a month later.
Probably a coincidence, but nice anyway.
I have 4 cardboard boxes and a Aluminium 2, and I can fit around 2500 points of SM and 3500 of Eldar, with some room left for certain things.
With a backpack 2 and a single-size bag, I can fit almost everything. The new 40k rules does not fit in the backpack with my codexes though :( Bring on the starter set rules.

If you have I'd like your thoughts on it as it will help me make my decision. I'd like to know anything about it, from durability to practicality. Cheers!
My Nid's are in one of the cardboard KR cases, I don't know if you remember seeing it when they beat your Grey Knights? They're really sturdy and you can fit a tonne of stuff in there, even though they're fairly small. Apart from my Tervigon, my entire 1500 point horde fits in one box (40 Horma's, 30 Terma's, 18 Stealers, 6 Warriors, 4 Hive Guard, a Zoe and 6 Raveners). I'd happily buy from them again in the future for all my projects that I can't face shelling out £100+ on a battlefoam case.

Truth be told, I didn't read all the responses. It seems like you can save yourself a ton of $$ and just buy some Bankers Boxes if you're fine with using cardboard. After that all you need is foam.

@Lormax
Foam is actually quite expensive, I tried this myself using a knife. Then I tried using a hot Knife (which is both dangerous and has a good chance of you inhaling toxic plastic fumes).
Bottomline, it's actually cheaper and more convenient to buy it.
Also Without getting on Heavy on you, you've got a a lot of gall saying "Truth be told, I didn't read all the responses". I mean you could be entirely wasting your time repeating what others have said?
