I'm reading their Facebook page and there are some real laugh out loud moments

Amy claims they have 1500 reservations for the weekend??? an hour wait per table. It would take this so called chef 61 days to feed everyone raw pizza and frozen ravioli

Unflattering portrayal on TV included when you yelled at a customer, demanded he pay for food he didn't receive, physically assault him and then threaten to call the cops on him? Hmm, the camera must add 5 lbs of unprofessional.

whats does Gordon Ramsey know??????? He only has over 20 resturants on 3 different continents, 8 cookbooks, 22 Michilan stars, 4 tv shows, and a line of cookware.

Hay. My name is Henry and you may have seen me on the episode ABC was on of Gordon Ramsay's show. I would just like to say a few words. When i worked there, you(Sammy and Amy) paid me 7.25 per hour. None of the servers that you employed where given any of the tips and neither was I. So for you to say in you comments the "assertions that the restaurant confiscates tips from servers" implies that these assertion are not true. Furthermore, as i said on the show, within a week of working for you, I was forced to wash your car in the middle of summer, which is true. I have no personal grudge against either of you, in fact i hope your relaunch is a complete success but what should happen is after the relaunch is you start letting the servers have the tips they rightfully deserve. In conclusion, you should use this media attention to your advantage by completely changing the way you run your restaurant. P.S. Stop being to immature and lashing out of facebook.

I'm honestly amazed by Ramsey's restraint. I've seen him curse people out for much less than these people.

These two have to be two of the most insane people I've ever witnessed, and I have met some truly insane people in my life. I thought I knew crazy, but now I realize I was fooling myself. Damn. I always think most reality tv is fake but I don't think anyone can fake this.

Props to those employees though. My god. Someone send a message to the Pope, these people deserve sainthood!

I think Ramsey knew that chewing them out like they so richly deserved would have been counter productive and just lead to them trotting out their cries of victim. It was amazing watching the transformation from respectful restaurant owners who wanted to show him what they could do, to what was behind the mask.

Wow, though that was a hard one to watch, over a 100 employees in a years time turnover, screaming at customers in the dining area, and the crazy amy lady , refusing to even listen to one of the worlds top chefs advice.

I actually felt bad for Mr. Ramsey for having to deal with them..but still wanted to hear him go ballistic on them.

Setting aside the quirks of the main actors in this particular drama...Arizona is kind of a funny place. Very independent-minded. The kind of place where they don't like being told what to do so much that they'll do the opposite just to spite you. IMO.

The difference here was that Gordon didn't even try after he realized how ridiculous the owners were, and when you consider some of the fools he's suffered in the past, that's truly saying something.

Honestly I don't know if I'd want to go to any of the restaurants they help save a few.. Most of em were crawling with roaches or have 80 year old grease stains all over the kitchen.. it's nasty. And if it was like that before, it'll be like that again... maybe not in a week or a month, but eventually..

Can somebody please go to this restaurant and verify that it's that bad? There's no way humanly possible to make a restaurant this horrible, especially putting it on TV for the world to see how bad you are. Somebody has to confirm this...really. Both Amy and Samy need to be deported. To the moon. Where oxygen is illegal. (If this is real)

Typically, I'm always of the opinion that the British version of the series is far better than the American version, since the American version always tends to get ridiculously over-the-top.

That said, this episode crosses the line twice, to the point of being a thing of true beauty.

Samy and I would like to address the deportation allegations that came to light yesterday.
All allegations of Samy having this criminal past is completely untrue and are being made up to destroy us. The hackers are at it again.
These people are trying to destroying us, our restaurant and our very livelihood.
I want you to think for a second how this will effect us and our kids. kids who are meowing in fear of loosing their daddy. They were crying last night, "meow...meow...meow"
It just breaks my heart what these haters are doing to us.

Deportation process linked to failure to disclose past on immigration application?
We have nothing to hide. If we did have something, Samy would have wrote it on the application. I'm sure of it.

Involvement with drug distribution, threats, extortion?
These were all done by the hacker that hacked our account previously.
Again, he went into our Facebook and Yelp accounts and changed our records
to make it seem like Samy has had suspicious criminal history.
Samy doesn't make threats. We are the ones being threatened here.

Kicked out and banned from France and Germany?
Neither Samy or I have never even been to those states.
So how could we be banned from there?

These are just awful people trying to destroy our grand reopening and stopping us from being successful. Hell's Kitchen is really destroying our lives.
