The back of my mind

Hey there peeps

Even though I've always digged WH stuff (particularly 40K) I ve only recently had the chance to get my mitts on actual material after having worked some time at a shop assembling minis.
I live in argentina so most stuff available are either expensive lead counterfeits (the kind most of us work with here) or in the case of original Citadel or Forgeworld plastic sprues utopically unavailable in terms of finance.

In any event I take this intro as a great(and probably wasted and distasteful) opportunity to pander some of the stuff I ve been doing after my tenure in said workshop, most of these are unpainted conversions at the moments since I don t have much access yet to painting material in order to see how well I fare in that area and blah blah blah

In any event,I be happy to be here and hope you ll at least take a gander at my stuff!

PS: I also draw stuff if you be interested I'll post links

They stay alive because Japanese people love seeing a rainbow's assortment of hair colours, people with animal ears, wings, or tails, clothes that even a blind guy wouldn't wear, and cookie-cutter angsty teenage-hero characters that all have some life-shattering unique, heartfelt sad soppy story.

Likewise, many people in the West are slowed to some degree, and they think that the storylines and characters are actually of a decent quality. Generally, these people are in the 12-16 bracket and/or are the same crowd that think the Twilight movies are the best films ever produced/books ever written.

Well,it varies a lot actually.

Most of the time shops buy from Matrix houses, and for example in one batch of say, five identical Space marines, two or three may come out acceptable or fine while the rest will need a lot of filing, fixing and in really ugly cases (more common than I like to admit) some epoxy and/or green stuff fixing on the assembler's side.

All of the pics I've uploaded so far are of lead based minis if you want to compare

Acknowledged, please understand I am not promoting the fakes, that is why I've been honest about it since my first post.
