Ok, let me introduce myself. My name is Michael. I´m 35 and from Germany. I´m working as an aircraft mechanic.
I started 19 years ago with this hobby. My first purchase had been Space Hulk 1st Edition. Since that time i´m totally hooked with the tabletop hobby.
I´ve 7 40K armies so far:
20000 points SW. They are my first army and i love them. They reflect my personality very well. (ok i drink lnot as often as a SW, but if i do, i make Russ proud!
12500 points Grey Knights. One of the best models GW had ever made (excepting the newer armies like SW, BA and DE)
8000 points Salamanders
~7000 points Thousand Sons
~7000 points Eldar
4000 points Tyranids
3000 points Night Lords

WH Fantasy:
3000 points warriors of Chaos

Battle Fleet Gothic:
~8000 points Chaos
~3000 points Space Marines
~3000 points Eldar

Well thats sound like a lot og minis you have a where to store them? my guess is that are like 500 minis or more( i guess more) i just have a year and my first kit was an AOBR my brother kept the marines i get the orks, my brother also make it sw and my orks... well i have been eksperimenting now the are gorkamorka ready

Yeah, the storage problem. 500-600 models are a mass. For my SW i have two big alu cases (each one 55 lbs (25kg) heavy). The Sallies have smaller cases and they´re not so heavy cause moste of them are plastic.
Tyras are not painted yet so i store them in some shoe boxes. Same for the Eldar and TSons. The BFG stuff is the most easiest to carry even such a large fleet as my Chaos fleet didn´t need much space. The BFG stuff is stored at my local GW store. They have a storage room for the armies of the gamers. It´s a good service from GW.

Im down sizing my army right now,. but keeping my Orks still.
Its the Ork in me, yea its the Ork in me,.. Bowww, wow, wow, yippy, yo, yippy yeh!
I on the Other hand can do alot of drinking, and very good at it i must say. But im still learning not to get too,
well buzzed before the Game of 40k starts. (Damn, i forgot to shoot again?)
