Funny you should mention the rhino ones.
There are differing lengths of smoke trails for how fast the tank moved, and they're insanely useful for remembering stuff. I also make huge mushroom clouds to show destroyed vehicles.
And yes, the method is the same. I shredded Woodland Scenics Fall Foliage into crumbs, applied PVA glue to a pipe cleaner, rolled it around, and let it set. Then I ran a bead of superglue down the back of it for strength, and attacked it with the brush with charcoal paint. Its pretty sturdy stuff, and even a long trail like the goblins will hold up to tossing it to a friend across the table.

I don't think, technically, that a breast is a sexual organ.
You can complain for them hiding a penis inside a barbed strangler, Little Mermaid penis castle style.
Again, I'm not sculpting anything new here. Its all been provided by GW and I've been encouraged to find new ways to mash them together.

Iwo jima rippers, raising human organs waving off a pike

Ok ok. Iwo Jima rippers it is. Work got in the way of me making it tonight, but I'll have it up by noon tomorrow.

So, I was at my LGS today, and I saw a bag of rippers, 10 for $2.

I thought of Doomthumbs.

The official name is the Marine Corps War Memorial and it depicts the famous flag raising on Iwo Jima during World War II. The memorial is dedicated to all Marines who have given their lives in the defense of the United States since 1775.

Making it extra clear that this is by no means meant as an affront to ANYONE in ANY branch of armed service. You guys are, quite literally, my heroes.

This is just the framework, but its going to be on a diamond shaped base, slated, and I'll put all the rifles/gear/ other accoutrement as soon as I've traded for the parts.

For example, If you want to write about a party given by Luke and Ashley Smart and all their children, write "the Smarts' party" (Smarts is a plural, then add the possessive apostrophe).

But the rapture thing? Yeah, I feel its pretty safe to mock that too. Oh MAN do I feel that that is a safe bet.

I have to agree, the guy claiming the Rapture is today did the same thing back in 1994 though I think the day was to be October 21 back then. Besides, the Rapture/end of the world/Armageddon/Dooms Day have been predicted so many times in the past that it's almost a joke now.

And if you didn't think the new Pope looks like Senator Palpatine then you've never seen Star Wars or have no sense of humor. I was in the tenth grade (if I remember correctly) and that was my very first though after seeing him. He just looks... evil...

Not sure, but I know I've got a lot of spare marine scraps that I'm gonna strew all over the place. I might make it a Tyranid flag, even though the request was originally for guts.
