Holy crap yes. That troop transport looks like those Combine-Trains from Half-Life 2 combined with the Trade Federation Transports from Star Wars.

THAT is a good model and I guess I won't do a crappy photoshop in its honor.

After the day I've had I needed a good laugh! Seriously the first model looks like a Necron version of the Enterprise's bidge. It has a Captain Kirk, what more could you ask for?
The second one looks like the Necron Lord is surfing. The two at the front look like those battle robots about to slug it out with each other.
Seriously these must be fakes!

I'm loving the designs and hope these are the real deal. I respect your opinion though, the design difinetly is different!

I especially love the 10 guns sticking out the side!

The second model is okay...I don't really like the warriors standing upright with the crossed arms. They look silly.

By the looks of it, it appears to be more of a gunship like thing than a transport, so that's ok.

OMG Just take my money, I will give them a blank check.

Interesting design but the Necron pilots set me off a bit, I mean why would Necrons require pilots for their vehicles? I mean, I could see Necron gunners but its not that bad.

I like how the bladed guns from he side suggest oars as though the vehicle is 'rowed'. More reference to Egyptian nile barges.

guess the fluff must be trying to humanise them a bit more; like Tomb Kings. So they represent that on the models.

You can make out from the text that the green sphere above the pilot is for repairing stuff.

I like the doomsday ark, only because it has a GIANT FETHING GUN under slung on it.

The second one looks very similar to the concept scotches we saw 6+ months ago, actually although I can only see the small pictures on my phone I'm gonna say it looks really nice. MechCrons anybody?

Curious why it looks like the Ghost Ark...flips? Is this maybe a variant, or does the model maybe have moveable parts (like LR doors)? I mean, I guess it's one way to disembark.

Flyer thing I am suspecting is special character lord, and the transport and variant looks a bit off for me. The necrons in the transport look cool though . Apparently they're out Nov 5th too.

The transport type thing looks amazing.

The other thing looks like utter garbage.

Most of the necron line is pretty cool as is so avoiding that weird hoverboard lord shouldn't be too hard.

If it is handled purely by profile, what of IG heavy weapons, they would throw in an aberration.

I cannot see why people cry 'salt' over this, I have no difficulty believing GW can write clumsy rules.

That has to be a transport, the two different pictures show it in cargo mode and unloaded mode, apparently.

I too think the crossed arms warriors inside look quite silly. It's like they're all swearing their oaths for their Necron citizenship test.

As for the first model, it should be part of the Star Wars Galactic Senate along with Aun'va the Space Pope. I do quite like the model, but the dangling legs on the pilots look out of place, just like those on the GK Dreadknight.

Oh, and has anyone else noticed the disappearance of the Lego green rod bits from all the gauss weaponry? Hooray!

I wonder if when you build the one model with the big gun you will be able to salvage the spere necron warriors for troops?

Yeah, the second models' Trireme-Design is actually rather cool. It doesn't look silly.

Those two models, the Troop-Transport and the Big-Pewpew-Barge are probably the same boxed set. I guess if you build the Big-Pewpew Barge, you'll have several arm-crossed Necron parts. That would be rather cool for some conversions.

I am very impressed with the ark models, and can only hope that their stats are impressive to match... not overpowered...
