any useful info you can hit me up with here would be ace. never really joined a forum before in any serious way but i read from various ones now and again for rumors or tips, whatever, but it would be nice to join in and this one seems to be the best so there you go.

I dabbled in 40k, fantasy and LotR when i was young as so many do and carried on dipping in and out until i went away to uni. So anyway i kinda got the itch to get into it again but this time be serious, collect an army, paint it well, play it... not so well but entertainingly! i would say i have been fulfilling that goal for a year now and got about 1500 pts worth of Mek-tastic orks! i also play at a club local to me (Powerfist Gaming in staffordshire, UK - if you were wondering) so the hobby is going well!

do you play anywhere locally then Silver? the club i go to is always looking for more people, i could link you some info if your interested? they are hoping to have more tournaments and a mini league or something this year. Its a pretty decent social too.

i think i might do a Painting/Modeling bit once i can get my camera working too thanks, some of the posts in that section are pretty cool
