I thought I was really clever... my Nob squad with 4 power claws and 4 big choppas with my Warboss was going to cut up the Hive Tyrant, Trygon Prime... etc etc... then I got nailed by Paroxysm and butchered in an assault...!!!
How can I defend against that in the future? Does a wierdboy enable psychic defense, or is my only option to engage in close combat to prevent use of Paroxysm?
What makes it really annoying is that it is my 10 year old boy who slaughtered me!!!

Welome to Dakka!
I don't know much about nids but I frequently play against orks and can tell you that wierd boyz dont give you any sort of psychic defence. Hope this helps a bit!
