Welcome to the Dak! I also play Blood Angels and Eldar. Cant really recommend any lists though because I basically paint what looks cool and then play with it....not an overly competative person. Im sure you will find several tourney BA lists under the Army List forum though. Best of luck!

Welcome to Dakka. If you are going Mech Eldar you need plenty of Wave Serpents to protect your troops. The Army list forum has some good builds.
