Waaagh Dakka!

A wonderful site experiment to bring the users together to unite under a common cause. To start a fight.
In my opinion there are few 40k armies that you can do this kind of experiment with. To many rules to follow with most the others armies cultures.
The idea is to join a mob, and there are tons of options to chose from. Make the ork a reflection of your personality.

My self after reading the rulez and the article on Waaagh Dakka http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/Waaagh_Dakka I fell in love with Arakasi's 'Da Durty Duzzen.

===Trukk Slugga Boyz - Da Durty Duzzen===
Mob Description: Led by Arakasi - formerly Blood Axe Kommando Nob - Arakasi's reckless (even by Ork standards) actions in the field have led to significant enemy, Kommando and Ork casualties over the years - to the point that he can no longer find enough Kommandos crazy enough to follow him into battle. Instead, troublesome and/or outcast Orks are now assigned to his unit to redeem themselves and set loose to wreak mayhem on the enemy - as far away as possible from any allied forces. Hence, Arakasi's Durty Duzzen are a rag tag bunch of misfits and outcasts from various tribes and warbands - whose only common element is the uniform they are assigned so that other Orks may identify them and stay away! Arakasi's Durty Duzzen are considered dangerous, a loose cannon, expendable - just the way they like it!

Crookshank(Second In Carnage) - formerly Speed Freaks Boy - Crookshank is obsessed with killing anything and everything. He has been disciplined many times for making the first kill before his Nob Boss. Finally after his Boss had enough he had a mask burned to Crookshank's face to teach him a lesson. I didn't work. After his Speed Freaks Mob joined Waaagh Dakka Crookshank was kicked over to Arakasi's 'Da Dirty Duzzen hoping it would bring an end to the boy. Crookshank has never been happier.

On the Lookout For: 6 Misfit Slugga Boyz with Choppas and Stikkbombz, 0 Misfit Big Shoota Boy with Stikkbombz (Filled), 1 Trukk with minimum Reinforced Ram, Boarding Plank and Big Shoota gunner.

Model Requirements: Sluggas, Choppas and Stikkbombz. Extra points for excessively large Sluggas. Additional equipment optional - we're a rag tag bunch of misfits!

Mob Paint Scheme: Models should be painted as follows: (Required) Gray Cloth, Black Armour Plates, belts, pouches, backpacks - mostly everything else!, Bolt Gun Metal ummm... metal. Glyphs in Gold or Yellow. Red Stikkbombz. (Optional) Everything else...

Oh excellent. I was hoping you would start a thread for this mob. I'm still thinking about making a boy for your mob... though, I know we can only make one orkoid for the waaagh. Such a great idea this WAAAAAAAAGGHH DAKKA is.

Holy, this is Commando Nob correct?
Not only is it nicely painted its actually painted according to the "Wagh Daaka" paint scheme.

Its a Trukk boy mob. Arakasi used to be a kommando buthe went a little crazy. So they gave him a trukk to make him go fast. But we do have more spots to fill if your wanting to join.

This sounds like a great Idea.
If you would let me, could I please make one.

I would love to do the big shoota boy but I can't really get anything I need to start building any type of ork until October 22. That being the case I was wondering if I could semi-reserve that spot. I would willingly give it up if Arakasi found some one else before then.

Ok, I decided to make a new Ork just for 'Da Durty Duzzen. Here's a quick mock up.




If it's unclear what he's holding in his right hand it's a Tryanid skull. His good luck charm I suppose.

LOL maybe the skull is his best friend and its the only thing he like to talk to. Just come up with a little fluff on it and it will give yopur ork alot of character. Love the choppa btw. Make sure you guys post on http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/375285.page so the main tread can be updated with nre members.

Maybe you can change the head position so he is looking at the skull. Just an idea.

Well I can see why. All they are is twice as long but they look Bad @$$!. And its a super easy conversion.

I've finished the kommando I've scrapped the skull for a bigger slugga. What can I say? I wanted the extra points.

Here's my would be entry to Da Dirty Dozzen. 'is name is Lokun. Dat's short fer Low Kunin'.

He was a blood axe kommando in the Ordo Gorkamorka, on a mission into dangerous territory when a gang of Deffskull Lootaz caught his units position and opened up on them with a cackling laughter. The kommandos that were left were rallied to launch a counter attack. It took them three days to get to the lootaz, but this time allowed the kommandos to get withing an arms reach of many lootaz without being seen, or smelled... As it turned out, the lootaz were part of the same Waaagh that the Ordo Gorkamorka had been contracting the kommandos out to and Lokun, the only ork to survive the brawl, was sent off to Da Dirty Dozzen as an expert in stealth assault.

Ok, I found the gun sights for his trophy belt. Now he just needs GS and basing before I can paint him. I think He'll be done before the grot platform... but we'll see.
