Wow, looks like I might have to dig out the old models and give them a clean upp in preparation for this. I quite like how most of these new models are looking, it's just the transport that bugs me... :/

I like everything so far except the Flintstones croissant, but in general, why do any of these have to have pilots? Even the Arks have pilots. Why couldn't they just have robot heads, or sensor arrays on a sarcophagus, or something? Do we really have to have robots, piloted by robots, solely for the sake of ripping off the Tomb Kings aesthetic even more? We already get the point. Is the Tomb Spyder going to get a remake so it has a Necron riding it like a big zamboni?

I like the lords. Aesthetic changes aside they're good looking.

So based on what we have seen thus far (2 plastic kits, 1 failcast unit and 4 character/ hero models), there is possibly 2 more plastic units to see? Thats a pretty sweet release. I wonder if the codex will only feature first wave models like the DE codex did, or if there will be some models that will be coming at a later date?

I am really digging the increased use of a single kit to provide 2 different options. I really wonder why they did not do this with the Dark Eldar? I applaud the rapid diversity it adds to a model range though.

Possibly taken as trophies and spoils of war.

I don't think that Eldar are known for handing out runes like guest passes. I imagine he's an ambassador of unknowable terror.

The Arks are nice, but the interchangeability of the kits is too obvious.
A bit like the Stonetusk and Thunderbeast IK stuff. Good kit but you only want one or the other in your army, or it looks odd.

Sweet looking lords, but they will be Finecast, so I will stick with the old ones I have.
$20+ for a robot is going to be too much for me.

The sniper dudes are neat, but with 3 poses on 5 guys, bet on Finecast as well.
