Fire engine is most excellent. Color me very, very impressed.

1:32 figures are ~54mm scale? Quick back of the envelope calculations say yes. A nice scale for painting.

The cars turned out well. Unsurprisingly.

They look rad, I noticed that chaos Ogryn always seem to have their faces covered in the lore so these seriously look spot on. The poses really reflect that "too dumb to be scared" attitude Ogryn are known for too, they look anxious to get into the thick of it.

I love how their hazard suits don’t have sleeves, cause you know....ogres don’t care.

So been struggling to fit stuff in. Finally got some bits started for selling on Etsy More to follow later on. I will be back here with a couple projects in the pipe line. And also I have a commission on, they like the fire engine so more to do for those guys.

I'd probably add more detail to your listings.
I usually put something "in universe" about it, maybe something about it's construction, what it can be used for and all the features it has, then dimensions; the photos are good to have, but numbers are more detail. I just give maximum values for length, width, height and weight. I also have postage and packaging information on the end of each listing.

You can have a look at my listings to see what I mean.
Maybe my descriptions are too long for anyone to bother reading, I dunno, but they can't say I didn't inform them.

Corking. Simple and effective

Just a suggestion or two for the etsy shop - I've had much better luck there and on ebay when I use a backdrop. I started with a sheet then ended up doing some gradient backgrounds in different tones. Really makes the thumbnail pop.

I second adding more detail. Hype the "custom pieces for good prices" and any nice details like solid MDF base that wont warp or sealed with a matte varnish or whatever applies to you.

@ CB, no bud, it is my resin "sprue" parts, stuck to a bit of board and a quick and dirty texture with sand and a quick and dirty paint job.

Now I must apologise for the lack of updates, been a tad busy IRL, and also the Fire Engine went down quite well........"Mass" production begins.




Fun and games, going to have to pull my finger out. Need 10 of these by month end.

Amazing stuff as usual. I like how the poses of the Ogryns when lined up make them look like a stop-motion of a single figure as he takes off running.

Be careful with not taking on too much (or too short of a deadline), as that can lead to burn-out and disappointments for all. But we all know this from the LoER terrain contests.
