Local store had a consignment sale. Bought the Vanguard Vets I needed and then impulse bought a predator, only to realize that DeathWatch aren't allowed standard predator tanks for some random reason. Might just slap a demios turret on it so it doesn't feel wasted.

I just decided to purchase a small primaris force. I've been wanting to run white scars for a while now, and a friend offered to paint the army for me!

Picked up:

I am hoping that more primaris models are on the way soon, Maybe we will see the Khan on a bike?! Either way, I'm stoked beyond belief!

They didn't have the cards, so we'll just have to remember everything they can do.
And then I remember the tokens are needed more than in Necromunda, and not the same as them at all :(

Just bought a bucketload of Arcane Legions off MM - I don't know how this game slipped past me (maybe due to the cheap-looking minis), but for $5 a pop, gonna give it a try.

I tracked down almost everything for Arcane Legions (no Han Dragons or giant sphinxes). It uses info-laden cards on the included unit trays, which makes it less eye candy than almost all miniatures wargames, but I love the scale and it's fun. You'll find that you want up to 7 healers (every faction's healer comes in one of the League boosters with a shield robot). Han healers are Buddhist monks you'll want to put with the archers (the cheap blocker infantry you get are terracotta "constructs"), Egyptian are priestesses of Osiris who only revive undead, and the Roman priestesses can go with either line.

Went to the Adelaide Show and came across a market stall selling collectibles, tcg and boardgames. Found retail versions of Rising Sun and Zombicide: Green Horde each for $60AU.
I usually skip CMON stuff because I dont use Kickstarter and too much is Kickstarter exclusive but these were at a price point I couldnt resist, with the bonus of not having to worry about a postman eating the parcel.

It's a bit vintage, but purchased Bugman's pony and cart. It's nice to have a miniature holding a pint glass instead of a sword.

Now they are ready to take off.

2 cans cheap black spray paint - for priming terrain.
Mason jar - to hold extra brushes etc.
Metamorphs - because even though they arrived a few days ago I don’t consider a trade done until both parties get their stuff.

Primaris stuff to.make a killteam with including Easy to build interceptors, a sprue of normal intercessors, the box set hellblasters, normal hellblaster backpack extendo thingies, both lieutenants and a box of reivers.

A new KR case

A whole pile of Antares stuff from the Warlord sale
Some Army painter paint and tool sets

And most recent total.impulse buy, the Black Earth Heavy Metal Bulldog MBT, which may just be the sexiest tank model I have ever seen...

A bunch of old plastic (9) and metal (4) Warriors.
About 12 Termagants to add to my unit.
Two Zoanthrope that'll be turned into Neurothrope (will need body upgrade).
A Biovore, because I had one once and can't find it anymore, so I wanted it back.
A brand new blister of ripper swarm, never had the metal one so they should be nice for variety.

1. The New Middle Earth Pelenor fields starter set.
2. Cube of the new Mordor dice.

4. Box of Warg riders.

Started by playing Battle companies with some friends and rapidly decided to expand.

Also got the Dark Eldar Kill Team box.

Got my order in for the GW shop Primaris captain with plasma pistol and power fist, and noticed the last 30th anniversary Primaris Veteran Sargeant model in the shop so I gave the fella a home too!

Add in the 5 copies of conquest I bout now have 18 intercessors, a captain and a counts as lieutenant for a cheap battalion, ready to expand.
