The immortals do not appear to be using glowy gauss-tubes anymore. I wonder if they have decided to get rid of those altogether?

The supply does not get to make the demands.

Yeah no they don't. Finecast has only a limited number of sculpts per box. Those models look like plastic.

Mmm, yeah they do. Take off your helmet, white knight, and look at the two in the front that are the exact same pose.
Actually, the three in the front may all be the same, simply turned at a different angle.

Look at the legs of the three you mention. Feet positioning, size and leg turns different to my eyes. And as mentioned warriors are also made of nearly identicle poses, so not shocking to see that again.

Also, seems silly ito remake a unit in finecast when they could have just kept the old vesions. Makes no sense.

Yes, it's the resin. When Fincast was released, there were MASSIVE problems with some of the models. People called it failcast. It stuck.

Yes, people have posted about miscasts and bubbles effecting the models along with the ridiculous price increase. I've only purchased one model and it was fine, and quite easy to assemble and modify.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

Exactly! See, he gets it.

And believe me, I would be overjoyed if they're not Failcast. My fear is that they are - so I stick with the disappointed point-of-view (as GW has taught me) and then, if they are indeed plastic, I will be pleasantly surprised and will spend money on them.

The fist several runs had a lot of casting errors. Neckbeards won't let it go.

Why did I have to choose now to get serious with starting Orks? Those new Lord models are awesome.

Same here, I purchased Coteaz, but a friend of mine bought Deathmaster Sknitch (I think that is how you spell it) and said he spent 45 minutes to and hour taking of flash

Hmm, yes, it's a Necron army that I might actually want to buy now.

I'm guessing this will be the unit that you could use your pariahs as (does anyone have any pariahs?) assuming that they're out of the new book.

Um....uh.....wha?

I think, while I never played Necrons something just died inside of me at the sight of these. I like the mild Egyptian theme to Necrons, but now its just Tomb Kings in Sphess. These just look terrible, the head design is horrid and just seems like Necron Usthubi.

The Lychguard are the the first ones of the bunch that I'm a little underwhelmed with. Though if they are "bodyguard" units like i've heard I won't mind a couple with my lord.

Uh, why? These guys look more like Necrons than the Pariahs did - which were similarly armed. And these guys look a helluva lot better than the Pariahs. Why the hate?

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack

The two on the left look exactly the same, just turned differently.

As I said, I'll be happy if they're not Failcast, believe me.

There seem to be at least four distinct halberd holding poses as well. Really thinking this is another plastic kit.

Check the feet, the two on the left are standing differently.

Interesting. Someone's distaste of a production material makes you so frustrated that it drives you to insult? Sounds like the bra calling the panties pink.

Just when I thought that GW couldn't surpass the level of fail that was the Stormraven, they come out with these? Tomb Kings in Space with crappy barges for vehicles?

The only decent looking models in the range are the new Immortals and they look like Failcast... Way to go GW.

Still keeping my Pariahs and using them for the Lychguard, unless I decide on taking 2 units. One scythe, one sword and board.

I'm guessing there's an Immortal/Deathmark kit judging by some of the leg poses.

The Lychguard are horrid, but I think that's down to the choice of colour scheme. I also think its nothing a change of head and removal of silly loincloth won't solve.

Once again, I'm happy to be wrong.

I simply said they "look" like Failcast. Apparently that causes a huge eruption. If there was nothing wrong with Failcast, then why would there be such a reaction?

I was just going to bring the loincloth up. That's just utterly ridiculous IMO. What's it covering? A robotic mangina?
