Well, hate to break it to you, but Pask requires a buddy to drive with. No solo Pask, so his minimum squadron cost will be in the ~350pts range.

Rest looks pretty reasonable.

I think two units of wyverns are a bit excessive. they are great for general infantry but the second they start in a vehicle or reserves they are kinda useless (i think 1 unit of 3 is enough)

Id streamline the vets and just keep em 2 meltas only (maybe add a flamer/heavy flamer at most)

If you want tanks id be taking more russes now that they are cheaper.

(also i believe pask needs a tank buddy to be legal)

Why do you say you only have two troops? I see 5. Arent henchmen troops in inquistor codex?

They are not unless coteaz is there.

Boom! Leman Russ Commander

Ohio

Also this list lacks heavy anti tank/armor. 2 squads of melta vets will have troubles making it up the board unharmed and when their chimera gets popped your opponent probably wont worry about them the rest of the game because once guardsmen start hoofing it up the board they die even more easily.

If anything I would recommend pask in a vanquisher instead to have some long range antitank.

Hmmm that's annoying, can regular tank commanders be taken solo, or do they need a buddy leman russ too?

All tank commanders need a buddy, get a couple of div psykers for prescience. Pask rending punisher is good, presenced and forboded 4++ really upsets riptides.

far too many points and still painting...

How does this sound then? Dropped pask for a CCS with meltas and fitted in Coteaz for his prescience and making the henchmen scoring. Changed one plasma henchmen warband to multi melta servitors too (which actually saves points!)

I love Valkyrie variants -- who gets to ride in your Vendetta? That one model is a lot of long-ranged anti-tank, which you were missing, but it's a lot of lascannons in one basket....

Is the cheapo inquisitor going with the servitors i hope? to prevent mind-lock. Why the 1 psyker in the warband?

And cant inquisitorial chimeras have psybolt ammo? I would take double HB chimeras if that is true.

Hi, the vendetta was going to fly empty - it's already got quite a lot of a 'shoot me' sign on it before adding squishy contents! I suppose I coud run a melta squad in there and have a chimera empty? Not sure if I like the idea of troops having to get out to shoot though

Coteaz would go with the plasma cannon servitors to provide some twin linked goodness and the cheapo one would be with the multi meltas to prevent mindlock.

The lone psykers add a little anti horde should the heavy weapons have no hard target (a S3 large blast is fairly decent for a ten point investment compared with bolter acolytes)

As for psybolt ammo, they can - it'd be a five point trade off to change 3 S6 AP6 and 3 S5 AP4 shots into 6 S6 AP4 ones. Might be worth the tradeoff but I'm not sure...

You can add a storm bolter too. Idk if that would be pointless or not.

No, you're right, in a list with so few scoring squads you don't need to put one of those eggs in the Vendetta basket along with all your long-ranged anti-tank.

If you're planning on driving the Vet squads up to an objective and camping them out on it, then you could give one or both a heavy weapon team (as you had in your original list).

And I think you could swap two of the Wyverns for a third Vet squad in a Chimera so you're not so thin on scoring units.

Do you think I need another? Now Coteaz is in, all the henchmen bands are scoring

IT might not be what you need, but at 1500 pts 4 Wyvren is most likely overkill. After you mop up all the infantry they are going to be sitting idle. I would say you can afford to drop 2 freeing up 130 pts. You could upgrade your second inquisitor a little, or fill out the warbands you have to fill the chimeras. Or possibly drop in a hellhound or another russ for more AV.

Tbh they might be sitting idle in a few games, but the vast majority of armies have some infantry somewhere on the board and for 65pts for another AV12 chassis and an epic anti-infantry gun I think I'll keep the four of them! Maybe it is a little overkill, but oh well. I guess it means I'm in a pretty strong position against horde armies e.g. other guard
