Thanks for the great response guys and sorry once again guys for the lack of updates today to, my new gf is taking alot of my time atm but i promise that tomorrow after work i will post some pics, ive actually got some work done today, ive finnished the weirdboy (or i think so atleast, need to hear what you guys have to say about it) and added some more details to the boars. and ive started work on 2 more boyz a slugboy ( found an old beast of nurglebody that just begged to be used) and a standard boy. Also finished the wormguy.

I have ordered to more blackreach bosses from ebay to so expect my warboss to get a twinbrother soon

Well guys, as promised: Update time (better late than never)

Lets kickstart things with some pics, first up is the finished(?) weirdboy.

Im not quite sure that hes done, i feel like theres something missing. I think im gonna go for that torn skin look in his neck to. Any thoughts on this?


Next up is the finished wormguy, added a big mutated foot on him to:






And here is a grot i started working on with some spare greenstuff i had left after the other ones, still very wip though.



And here is one more of the finished boars alongside one of my prototypes for the riders though he hasnt had that much nurglification done to him and all feedback is greatly appreciated on this one guys







I thought the loota gun made for a pretty cool representation of the dakkagun with a much more dynamic pose


Heres another regular boy, nothing fancy just a facemask on him so far, i thought id give him a big ol knife in one hand and a couple of cut of heads in the other and with the height of the base it looks as if hes looking down on his next victim



And last but not least on a kinda unrealted note (well not totally unrelated as it is still nurgle ) a chaos lord of nurgle i threw together a while back, just thought id show it to you guys

I am honestly not very fond of the weirdboy... He doesn't look Orky or Nurgly enough to me... But I do have my moments of madness when struggling with Chaos, so that's you call... Btw, the flames & arms & GS are very well executed!

As for the others, they are so great!!! I prefer the gasmask, but I guess Papa Nurgle could have one issued to his new greensons!!!

Slug-foot is quite pretty, Grot's Nurgly, the Boar rider is dynamic indeed and his Dakka looks... shootier!
Facemask is very menacing, could almost be a Painboy!!

As for the Chaos Terminator, I like the zombie head & the old Skaven tails, they add a lot to the already nice greenstuffing!!!

Wow! Those are wonderful. I especially like the boar boy.

The green stuff work is superb. I think the weird boy looks great, like an ork that has just been taken completely by nurgle and is falling apart and rotting as he stands, coursing with chaotic waaargh energy. Good work!

Looking great! Imho I think you can add some stretched skin on the neck of the weirdboy. As it is now he's just looking like the head have been put there (if you know how I'm thinking). So a bit of greenstuff will make it more fitting!

When you said you were going to use a Loota gun on the Boar Boy I was a little concerned but decided to give you the benefit of the doubt. I am so glad I did. It looks bloody good.

Now onto the Weird Boy. Exactly what Rose_Mountainz said. The left side of the neck looks unfinished, the head looks kinda stuck on. If I were going to do something about it I would green stuff from the ear and the bottom of the jaw to the neck (the area in the red circle). Linking the contours of the neck up to the jaw line. I like the tentacle base and the powers from his hands look good.




That Orks foot looks like how mine did after I hiked to far....one uncomfortable week. The grot is cute...yeah I'm a freak.

Ok guys, small update!

Thanks for all the awsome replies once again, things go so much faster with all your support!

Glad you all like the boarboy, though he will get some more work and love in the near future, right now im concentrating on the boyz

I have done some small modifications on the weirdboy to now so finally i think hes finished (though you can never be quite sure, one last round of comments on him )

And this last one is just a regular boy so far but i thought i was gonna model him so that the arm holding the ghoul is starting to spread disease to the ghoul, and then some more standard nurgly stuff on him




I really like the pose on this one, though i fear it might look a little to much like a dioramapiece instead of a gamingpiece, what do you guys think?

Everything is coming along swimmingly. I think that your boar rider should be a little more fused with his shoota to sort of give that Nurgle look. You're 'Slugboy' could use a little more gs around the waist to sort of make him blend with the base a bit more.

Glad you like the weirboy better now, it really made a difference when i sculpted some skin around the neck.

Ghosty: i agree that a guardsman would be better suited but 1. i didnt have a guardsman and 2. i actually liked the pose of the ghoul better, it looks as if the ghoul just leaped to attack the ork and he caught it midair and is preparing to chop it to pieces

Dakkamakka: always a nice comment as a burgle player when someone is disgusted by your work

Lebaron: yeah he will be more fused, i havent started the nurglification on him yet, the same goes foe the slug and the rest of them, i havent done any greenstuff work on them whatsoever so he will be plenty bulked out in a day or two


Expect the next update around monday as i will be away for the weekend now.

Weird boy now gets the Exactly what I was trying to explain in my previous post. Get some paint on him, go on you know you want to!!!

Ghouls are such good models.... I like the pose. So what if its a diorama piece on the gaming table. It'll get people looking closer and then they will see all the other cool stuff in the unit. Are they going to be a 30 strong mob?

thats great would like to see some progress on that "trukk" youre working on

edit* about the wierdboy, i think he needs more detail, like your boss, he's filled with wierd details and armour.
so i think maybe some arrmour or ripped/torn clothing would fit on him^^
