Finished fairly early, Cyborg is done now. White is a tad thick, and I'm not exactly proud of it, but it looks way better in person than it does in the picture IMO.
Made some good progress on these obliterators, just gotta do some fins layering/highlights on the green and figure out what colors to paint the weapons and base them and they should be good to go! Don't think I'll win or get too many votes this time around but I needed to light the fire under my butt to get them painted up and start the conversions on the other two and figure out my paint scheme for all 6 of them. Everyone's stuff is looking good so far and I can't wait to see what everyone comes up/ends up with!

Okay, started painting my Big Mek this week and didn't come out as bad as I thought(this is the first thing I've painted in over 12 years). I've got to finish this this weekend though as I'm away with work for 3 weeks so will miss the deadline. It's just the blurst of times!
I took this a few days agao, and have started painting it. So far, everything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong.
The miniature is the Legendary Jesse James from Wild West Exodus. I reckon in a wild west setting, a cyborg outlaw could be considered as having advanced technology.

Well, I think I'm going to call these done...I could probably go a little further with them, but my camera already isn't good enough to handle the bright colours and capture a lot of the blending and stuff, so anything else I could do wouldn't be noticeable anyway...ah well ...it was a lot of fun painting these though, everything all bright and clean like that, was a real refreshing change of pace compared to my usual gritty orks and nurgle stuff!

*edit* - actually, hold up, let's just call this WIP for now...there's still ~16 days left in the month...I might try to get a couple more models done (also, Para...STG's entry is hidden in the spoiler tags for my entry in the OP )
moar proof's:
Spoiler:
more Infinity "Nomad's" models - a "Tomcat" engineer, and a "Zondcat" remote-controlled ridiculous robot catgirl with a butterfly-wing-shaped jetpack ...connected to the base by one ~1.5mm x 1mm foot - eek!

Dark Angels/Deathwing - just getting started!
Space Marines - Stark Crusaders 4500pts/PL244 (2700pts painted)
Eldar - Biel Tan 2000pts
Space Wolves 1500pts
Since it's my first time entering this I thought I'd start small - Mk IV Legionary in VHA. I'm banking on the same principle as methebest, - Mk IV is supposedly the most advanced PA - and I've upgraded mine to VHA (Well, nearly anyway - there's still a few adjustments to make) Anyway, here goes nothing...
Heres the progress i've made on my rapier, and i've tryed really hard to make sure the colour on the side plate is not flat and has depth, but it just came out blotchy? i'm looking into a wet palette to see if this would help. wondering if you guys have anything to add?
Also bear in mind it is still WIP so the barrels and the rest of the model arent nearly done.
cheers though.
RIP Colour Sgt Kell. Forever in our hearts.
