Just to let you all know, I would only have given reaper the email if hotmail didn't get the message through, which, thankfully, it did. Only a matter of time now.

On the info about my projects, the materials for the pillows have arived, so only a matter of time on that front. On the matter of the shirt... that will take a little longer, but trust me, it is moving (slowly) forward.

I have good news! I got an email back from shrike, and he is doing fine, however he simply has been overrun by that bastard enemy the young followers of Turtle Pie are

I think that has a lot to do wit the fact that Dakka has a significant lack of pointless and stupid threads lately. The ones that are supposed to be stupid don't count, that's no fun.

Well we haven't had any thread to turtle pie so you know no new news.
On another front I will be picking up the guard codex Thursday. I would like you my brothers in the love of turtle pie to help in the paint what colors where ect.
I was thinking of starting with a light tan for the crust on the cloth areas dark brown on the armor and helmet to represent the chocolate and a chip pattern for cammo what do you think?

I like it, maybe add something turtley. You do realize that if you do this and post pictures you will officially have the first turtle pie themed miniatures to be posted on the internet. That's intense!

There will be lots of pie flingers Russes basilisks we will need to do some transfers for the tanks and shoulder pads.

That's because the amount of stupid threads were starting to become overwhelming. So we've started actually enforcing the basic rules which were always supposed to still be in effect here in the OT forum.

As a quick point of reference you can read this sticky post at the top of this forum for why.

It would be unfair to allow this thread to continue while deleting new spam threads in this forum, but as you guys have posted some photoshopped stuff I won't delete this thread, merely lock it.


But just FYI, any future spam threads (threads about nothing) will be DELETED on site.
