It's one bounty hunter for Necromunda.

There's already a Beastman bounty hunter. It may be a little too enthusiastic to conclude that a Necromunda bounty hunter means the range or faction is coming back.

Did you see the SoB clock and the plastic Thunderhawk one?

This if anything confirms that they're cannon again. It'd be neat to see a couple models for them, but I doubt they're bringing a whole army along with them.

I suppose you could assume that means that there will be new Sisters of Battle and a plastic Thunderhawk, but I think that's a rather naïve attitude.

Squats are mentioned by name in the Necromunda rulebook, so nice to see it's more than a tease.

I'm not going to assume, but I am going to hope.

I think it opens a door that was previously closed hard and double locked.

I remember the old GW forums would ban you if you opened a thread about Squats.

Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

Of course they're going to release a new Squats army, how else will they harvest more SoB players' tears?

So many tears... what do they do with them all?

I think the return of Squats in 40K deserves its own thread.

It's the secret ingredient added to make citadel paints extra thin; this is done to please Lord Duncan.

Haven't you heard? They are opening a cafe/gaming store. So obviously they will be brewing those tears into coffee!

Well GW rules still suck but at least they have learned to do amusing promotional videos. That was fun.

First the Squat them, then the release Kharadrons, now in backline they've got a proper Squat.

WTF GW, o wait they were too lazy to work on space dwarves but had enuff ideas to make space elves, space demons, militant space nuns and space everything else work.

As funny as that video was, it brings back those lovely memories when gw said fu#k off you're not getting anymore models while everything else went forward (except maybe plastic sisters).

They lost my $ for almost 25 years and I finally got tired of waiting when 8th hit and reminded me how much I love their miniatures & the game.

I will be pre-ordering this as soon as possible and hopefully it'll make them reconsider un-squatting my badass little dudes. o and maybe give a little love to the Sororitas.

Happy to see the squats come back. Necromunda is the perfect setting for something like this. Now that they have shown squats exist in Necromunda I could see them doing a full gang in a year or two. Exciting times!

This is exactly the type of Squat model I want. A unique character that is a lone survivor of the decimation of the Squats. Definitely getting this one.

LOL at the video too. Hysterical. I loved their completely overblown reactions to the clock falling.

Yeah, a squat gang might be fun.
They would have to fight with the orlocks over the biker aesthetic though.
Or maybe Orlocks will have squat gang members. I mean, it is the House of Iron.

With out getting a head of our selves this is just a fan nod 1 squat, if we see more it with be as a footnote not an army imo.

What was interesting was that the squat and hawk clocks where hardly getting anywhere... sisters on the other hand was on 5 minutes to midnight. I think that is a nod that sister are out sooner than maybe expected.

If I understand those clocks correctly they are countdown clocks. Countdown clocks that are re set every time someone asks about them. Apparently y’all are bringing the long waits on yourself with your incessant nagging...

If we get another, may I suggest...
Spoiler:

5 minutes to midnight is actually more of world ending reference:

It might be nothing but it's worth noting...

When we first see the Squat clock, it's at 5:05.
Then, when we see it again as they pick it up to reset it, it's at 12:05.

Make of that what you will.

Also, if the clocks reset every time someone made a request for those specific models, SoB would not be 5 to 12? It seems like they get requested quite often so they would essentially be 12 o'clock on the dot, almost all the time.

The nice thing about squats would be that even horribly oversized they would still work, unlike the various other gigantic necromunda ranges.

It means that GW thinks Sisters are the butt of some jokes, nothing more.

IIRC one of the rule books (6th?) mentioned squats in one of the appendix articles, along with cat girls. So GW quietly backed off of the whole 'there never were any squats' thing.

And an old Squat tech priest won a golden demon a few years back.

But still props to everyone who kept the flame alive!

Just a couple months ago I posted how it would be awesome if they did a video exactly like that to tease a Squat release. I doubt they got the idea from some random forum post but it's still sweet to see it actually happen!
