Chicken Chaser? Do you chase chickens?
I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.
Thinking both my chars at the start might be norn. Something like...
Norn elementalist, norn necromancer, sylvari warrior, human mesmer, sylvari thief, in no particular order. Both lightning elementalist and blood mage necromancer seem pretty fun, not sure which one I'll go with first.

I'm planning for a Norn Ele, Sylvari Thief to steal Whitey's stuff, and Human Guardian, with no order in particular. Might also try out a Charr Warrior at a later date, no idea for my 5th slot.

Corpses, is that list for the Beta? or for the entire thing? If it's just for the beta can you remove my Thief please? She's going to be a Sylvari.

As an aside, as soon as the game comes out, I'm going to create a ton of characters until I run out of Character slots just in case Birthday presents will be around GW2 as well.

I'll probably go Charr Ranger Still trying to determine if the deluxe edition is worth the extra $$ So far it seems not to be.
Aye, that was what I was sorta eluding to in the Diablo 3 beta thread with the first reply, seems a interesting time to do open Beta for Diablo 3. Although Blizz has done its best to scupper rival MMO launches in the past, so its hardly virgin territory for them there.
Could of course also be coincidence, as the game is only a month away.
As to the deluxe, aye, same, for me its not seeming worth it, Warhammer Online had temp bonuses, they annoy the gak out of me, give me something of note, or don't bother at all. Might have got one if the bank Golem was permanent bonuses, which hardly seems game breaking, but nah, decided just standard would be good.
Oh and no real idea on races, never played the first and barely looked into much info on the game other than a few reviews and what folks have said here, Sylvari seems likely or a norn.

Norn: Think Norse (Obviously). In the first game, you had to play a drinking game to impress them, which involved running back and forth from point to point, zig zagging through flags, while drunk off your ass. You try telling the Norn "War is coming", and they say "Bah, let them come". You then say "These creatures will make a good Hunt", and they all sign up as fast as they can. Fiercly independant, and the Animal Spirits, while ultimately ineffective were great fun. You are judged upon the creatures you kill and the drinks you've drunk; your either a Hero or dead weight.
Charr: Charr are the Aethiest Gunpowder faction. You free a group of them who then pledge their lives to you, but the one in your party tells them "You idiots! Do not cast away one pair of shackles for another! Any who wish to come with us may do so. Those who wish to go home, begone!" They veiw all gods as False, and they beleive in equality; a female can rise as fast as a male.
Asura: The very first one you meet is voice by Maurice Lamarche. AkA, the Brain. That tells you about all you need to know about their personality. You're judged upon your brains. They are rather stupid in the fact that they will take one thing to an extreme. For instance, if I were an Asura Chemist, I would know everything there is to know about Iron (And I do mean EVERYTHING), but would know nothing of Gold.
Sylvarri: Weren't even in GW 1, don't know what to tell you

Slyvari, Asura, Rangers and Elementalists are all incredibly girly.

Also, my lightning elementalist might be "girly", but she can probably still kick your ass and then get back home in time for happy hour.

We need to team up and kick ass.
Hehe, aye.
As to race, Mmm, been watching the vids, right now its looking like Sylvari, but I'd like to use beta to take a look at the create mode and see if I can find anything I like across the races. The only certainty at the mo, is I wouldn't take a Asura Ranger, if that even possible. (No idea if it has race/class restrictions.)
