Sure the Imperium may frown on it, but why would the Tau, Eldar (oh ok, super ego here) or chaos (with non-human gear) not use other people's stuff, even if it is just to replace a knackered own brand rifle?

oh yea forgot what I was going to post. YES I agree to a point on looted stuff. specificallyfor the Chaos crowd. Does GW really expect us to beleive that a chaos marine would just walk on by some new awesome Imperial weapon? I mean they WERE in the Imperium at one point. heck they get new recruits often enough, you mean to tell me that a marine with a plasma cannon NEVER defects?
