I know some other people here are interested in "almost naked female evil elves" but am I the only one who wouldnt mind "plague demons"?

The Zombie idea is tremendous, and I really, REALLY hope someone at AoW takes note.

A multipose Zombie kit would be license to print money. They are going to be the stars of the new book, every VC general will want to own 100+, everyone hates the outdated GW Zombies, and not everybody is happy with the rather mundane and not-all-that-customizable Mantic Zombies.

Plus, they have massive cross-system appeal, since "Zombie" is such a widespread and generic bestiary foe.

Ah zombies, the more the better really.

That's a good question, do they come with any other weapon options? That's one of the problems with non-GW models usually, even units- not coming with enough options to field them in a different configuration. It would be a bummer to only have the options for 2 hand weapons, but I'm hoping there are other options included maybe?

I hope they come with Halberd options, that's the most notable thing missing from the GW kits. I'll get them either way, but if they can be equipped with halberds and shields, I'll get two boxes.

Exactly. The reason people clamor for plague demons is that there is no viable plastic option. Zombies would be cool, for sure, but if AoW put out a plague demon kit, I'd be all over it. Judging by the plaguebearer head in the Grey Knights box, it seems GW will be sticking the the silly look of the metals.

As the proud owner of 120 of those, they could've gone with a few more bits damn it.

Those not-Conan not-Moorcock warriors look rather snazzy. Would anybody who has bought and painted AoW's stuff before care to give me an idea of how close in scale they are to, say, GW's not-Conan not-Moorcock warriors and marauders?

GW does sell a set of halberds for the Chaos Warriors regiment, as well as a great weapon set.

If I use the GW set instead of the AoW, Ill be picking up both of those weapon sets.

Do they have any plans on casting their current range of models in this plastic/resin stuff? Or is that just for new models?
