Thanks for the link, that's brilliant! I love banners, and I'm bound to find some inspiration there for some freehand designs for SM company banners.

Hah, glancing at the small picture I thought it was old palettes from painting projects, or paper towels that you've used to wipe brushes on.. Nice piece of art!

Yeah, no. Remember:

1) I boxed up a bunch of stuff to sell.

2) You don't see the piles of unpainted/boxed product of both tabletop and model railroading...

MY SECRET!!!

No, in all seriousness, I find it hard to work without a clean/ready work area. A lot of it has to do with seven years of food service, and the concept of "Mise en Place", or "everything in its place" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mise_en_place

Once everything is in its place, I can work smoothly, without getting frustrated because my addled, old, damaged brain mis-placed the $*(@#)$*(#@)$ x-acto knife.

Again.

You're missing the cardboard Plasma ammo crate from 2008-09.

Note: not my picture:

Your hobby area knocks mine into a cocked hat sir also, what about the wooden paintbrush boxes from around 2010?

Ditto- except _my_ Xacto knives are carefully and strategically positioned for maximum efficiency all over the place- it just looks like chaos theory in action (according to Commander-in-Chief House).

PS: Did not know my diorama would be prophetic. Considered building a new centerpiece, decided to keep it, in honor.

In my case Mrs Captain Brown insists I keep my painting and modelling area clean or she will invoke the sweep-up of destruction before Ms Captain Brown gets her hands on a knife or other tool.

Cheers,
