These look pretty nice, though I'm not a massive fan of the helmet design that covers the entire head. It's way too small.

I would like orc archers that were just orcs holding up gobbo archers. Get on it Mantic!

Respect for the red bows, very old skool eavy metal. I believe this is a kit thats being around for a while, but never been released. I'm personally looking forward to the zombie trolls

I've got plenty of Orcs already, I wonder if they'll release the sprues separately. At the moment it's a bit much to buy the skulks, being as they're $25 for 10 dudes metal upgrade kit or not.

Maybe there will be enough in Dungeon Saga (orc expansion) that I won't need to worry about it just to make a troop or so.

Have to say was looking forward to those Orc archers for ages, converted a few but it was way too time consuming so glad these are finally being released.

I just found some goblin wolf rider bows on a sprue. Only about five or so but I reckon I can stretch those out to make a troop (especially since I tend to use about 7 models for troops anyway). Plenty of quivers and what not. So I guess I can wait.

You can test it yourself, codes are entered and subtracted from your cart total before you click the gogominiaturesflytomenow button, but I don't recall them ever being region locked before.

Yeah I was going to try it but it seems they have removed the £99 Goblin army deal that sued to be up there. I'll have a look later anyway.

It's kind of weird that the new two-player set seems to not be on their site.

Pretty sure anything with the new rulebook in it is sold out!

My local store just got a couple of the new boxsets in, they also come with a limited edition necromancer (kinda small robed fella with a dagger). I'm actually tempted to pick one up whilst I wIt for my pledge to arrive, the gamer edition of the rulebook looks pretty sweet. They also have the vampire infantry, dwarf long rifles, abyssal golem and forest shambers in stock.

does anybody know the dispatch date for the abyssal mega armies, I was guessing next year now?

Aftak actually the long rifle/pavise dwarves, the soul reavers and I believe the new necromancer were direct retail releases as well so the ogre hunters aren't the first in anywhere near that long - although direct retail releases certainly have been sparse.

The dwarf spearmen were retail too, weren't they?

I like the hunter. I've always liked how Mantic's ogres look far more bestial than the GW ones.

In fact, I still have an unopened army box downstairs... hmm...

Soul Reaver Cavalry and Necromancer were in the KS.

I think they're doing Soul Reaver infantry though, which weren't in the KS.

Looks like Mantic is still having issues with the Blaine supply. My pledge just arrived without him and it's noted that Blaine will arrive later.

Got my pledge, Virginia, USA, yesterday. Had my DBX freebie teams that everyone got, plus my Dredd referee, and my Kings of War stuff - hardcover, softcover, Blaine, Ronnie, tokens/templates, print.

The book is gorgeous. It's like Mantic is a real big boy company now, sniff sniff, they're all growed up.
