Yeah, for online pre-orders, the payment is reserved against your credit card but doesn't actually transfer to GW until they process the order for shipment. So you still need the relevant amount available on your card at the time. No idea how it works in-store.

Right that would be silly. Your minimum wage being twice that of the UK and US minimum wage has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's actually just a ploy for GW to price themselves out of the Australian market as the overseas reps in the UK prefer skiing holidays.
