I shell wait and see what other box sets are launched and see what could make jump on that level Only want the Dark judges, Justice Department. and the Justice department II,
I may decide to get the Zombie Mistress and her Zombie horde. so that takes care of 4 out of 5 boxes what else is there?

Quick question about the Council of Judges level; the description says you get all ten boxes and others may be added through stretch goals.
The image on Kickstarter looks like you get the 10 current boxes, plus all of the new boxes as well; but a couple of pages back you mentioned that we'd be able to mix and match those 10 boxes if we didn't want the sky surfers (or something else).
Is Council of Judges "select 10 boxes out of all those released or unlocked at the end of the kickstarter", or "one of each box previously released and all the new ones unlocked during kickstarter"?

Wait, what? Earlier you told scipio that Council of Judges "Choosing your own sets out of the ten will not be a problem".
I am operating under the assumption we can mix and match. I already own most of the stuff released for Gangs of Mega City One and don't need another Ape Gang, gangers, etc.
Please advise asap if we can select whatever boxes we want with the $300 pledge or if we are limited and can only get "one of each box previously released"

Hey Matt, very specifically I'm going to want to swap out my original 10 boxes for all Judge, Sov Judge, and Citi Def boxes. I've been wanting to run the Apocalypse War since I first read the storyline about 15 years ago, and, again, I have most of the other figures from the GoMC-1 range. Let me know if that's do-able.
I understand if we can't swap out the freebies/addons (like the freebie Dark Judges set, etc), but I'm just concerned about the original 10 boxes in the pledge. Automatically Appended Next Post: Sorry if I'm pressing the issue, I just want to be crystal clear. I'm at $300 already and depending on how some ebay sales and overtime go I may double up to two Council of Juges pledges in order to get all the Sovs and CitiDef I'd need for Apocalypse War gaming.

We can do that for you (on condition you send us photos of the games ).
Be aware though that while we can send the Judges pretty much immediatly after the Kickstarter, the Sov and Citi- Def are likely to take a couple of months, and they will come seperately (so you will effectively be getting three packages at different times). Might work out well for your painting schedule though!
Just had another thought on this - we are quite happy to do these 'custom' deals (just let us know about them when we contact you after the Kickstarter ends) but there might be a (slight) additional delay. If someone just wants the ten boxes, that is fine, they will already be manufactured and we can send them straight out. If someone wants a custom order, we may put that to one side for a few days and deal with the, umm, normals first. Won't be a huge factor, it won't drag into weeks, but we will want/need to sort out the most people in the shortest time.
If you are cool with that, so are we!

Looking forward to seeing what the Riot Pat wagon looks like.
I still think the Wally Squad judge level needs something else addied the pat wagon was awesome but it just needs that something extra... not sure what it could be you have 44 backers at Street level and only 13 at Wally and I think its the price jump from $60 to $150 its alot more and I think currently more is required to tempt those 44 pledger to go up.
what about offering some Mega-city 1 terrain.
Give one pack to Wally, Council, and chief pledge levels any other level needs to pay $XX per pack. And then offer to those at the three mentioned levels a buy one get one free on Terrain pack. So if I have wally level I'd get one pack and I'd get another two more for $XX amount.
I'd add more $$ for that plus it would add value to my original pledge. come on who wouldn't want some awesome terrain.
Or another option add in an exclusive KS mini that will only be added to the Wally, Council and Chief levels and may be given at events. etc
just a few random thoughts as I pack 25kg bags of wholemilk on a friday night.
LGW

The Fire Wagon is awesome, and it might actually be better than the Pat Wagon. The lines are very Mega City One.
As to making Wally Squad more appealing, perhaps add in a few figures from each unlocked box set than can still be used in the game? So for example, three or four Sov-Judges, a Dark Judge and two spirits, two or three cultists and a demon. That way it's not enough to devalue the higher pledge levels that Matt seems concerned with, but it's enough to give people more incentives to reach stretch goals. The more goals reached, the more little fun groups of figures you can use for scenarios or as mercenary/allies.
I'd also like to see some sort of BOGOF offer, although not on scenery. Not really though the idea through. I still think there should be more add-ons, or the ability to swap boxes for other items like RPGs, Pat Wagons, Law Masters etc etc, though again I'm not sure how viable that is.

lets look at the wally squad judge level as being the main level [though the current amount of pledges have the Street judge as the main level]
its certainly compariable to the likes of Dreadballs striker level or Zombicides Abomination levels.
really looking at the Wally level IT should be the main level. every one who is pledging to it, should be offered heaps of options and add ons so they don't just pledge to the smaller levels. [or want to buy multiple smaller levels]
and being worried that the bigger levels are not getting a good show simply add to them as well. we are not asking for a million items like the reaper one.. but something that sets the wally level apart from the rest.
like I mentioned before the addition of the Pat wagon was a great start its what got me to up my pledge. but how about adding in a lawmaker or the dredd mini into that pack. it would add in more value and give some one a dam good reason to up their pledge amount.
The terrain idea was just that an idea you could do BOGOF on a box set to set the other levels apart as well.
Cheers

I agree with you Lord GreyWolf, Wally should be the main level with tonnes of add ons to make it the most appealing. I was simply trying to present a palatable solution to a problem MongooseMatt percieved, not one I necessarily agree with.
I'd love the Lawmaster and Dredd to be added, or if unlocked at a later stage a Lionmaster and a Brit Cit Judge.
I guess I'm just against terrain because it's something I don't need, but I'd love BOGOFs on more minis.

Points on the Wally Squad level taken - we are adding new items to this Kickstarter all the time, so I will make sure a few get diverted to make Wallys look more attractive (!).
We have just passed another stretch goal, and so not only will the Demonic Cabal be added (which is going to be a right hoot to play, as they are not necessarily the most competent guys around), but also the Exorcist Judge!
We have also started the process of getting a Female SJS Judge going (using it to test out a new sculptor).
We will be adding one more stretch goal before the weekend, and while it will be a 'one-off' for this Kickstarter, it will be for something many,. many people have asked us for. Stay tuned!

That's given me an idea.
If you are doing 'one off' models for the KS, how about a stretch goal of a single figure of

We have just passed another stretch goal, thank you all very much for your continued support in this project. Demonic Cabals and an Exorcist Judge will be on your tabletops soon!
For the next stretch goal, we wanted something a little bit special, and have chosen something we have had a lot of requests for...
If, with your kind and dedicated support, we managed to pass the landmark $30,000 barrier, we will be adding something many of you have been asking for. While the main focus of this project is Judge Dredd, we can’t really ignore some of the other 2000AD universes out there, so we have decided to do a ‘one-off’ stretch goal, a single one devoted to these other worlds. We will therefore be adding Rogue Trooper, along with a Souther and a Nort soldier. There is a possibility we may do a separate Rogue Trooper game at some point, and so this will be a good starting point!
Not enough for you? Well, in that case we better add something else – the ABC Warriors will be coming too! We will be adding Hammerstein, Deadlock, Joe Pineapples, Mongrol, Mars Steelhorn, and Blackblood as a complete set.
What about Mek-Quake, you ask? Well, he won’t fit into a box with the others! We may add Mek-Quake (as a decent-sized resin model) as just one more ‘other world’ stretch goal a little later on, if the other ABC Warriors prove popular, and if you let us know you want him!
The ABC Warriors will be offered as a set that can be chosen at Rookie, Street, and Wally Levels, and of course will be included as additional sets at Council of Judges and Chief Judge levels.
Rogue Trooper, the Souther and the Nort will be added at Wally Squad, Council of Judges and Chief Judge levels.

I blaming this KS project on my 2000AD plunge just got back into the Dredd world via my old comics I found. and I have found even more ideas for Box sets:
Vampire Hershey and the Blue Hells Bells [Vampire judges] the Mutant Judge Child and ZOMBIE DREDD!!!!!!!
Block armies, various minis that could be added to a Citi-Def box set to make them sutable for a Block scenario. rag tag civs armed with various weapons to flesh out a Citi-def set.
maybe even having some transfers made up to be able to be placed on their backs depicting various "Blocks"
another idea to add to Wally, council and chief could be tokens of some kind that would aid in playing the game from a can of BOING to capture the Dark judges, to various status counters [eg riot foam, place a marker beside or under the effected model to remind you they can not do anything this turn] Riot foam neutralizer [eg a can of spray painted in a particular colour to denote its a neutralizer, could use the same token as BOING]
I still think if your adding in the Rouge trooper with a south and Nort soldier at least add in the Traitor General and give us the option to buy more of the south and nort troopers. enough to make a squad and we could simply use the Block wars rules to play them until the offical Rogue Trooper rules come out.
with so many KS projects out there currently offering more and more "buy EXTRA stuff" it has been hard on the funds and the $$ can only go so far or on a few things. I am already looking at reducing my pledge on another KS project or even dropping it as its turing into a cash cow.
also it is hard on those pledgers who live outside of the U.S [considering its the currencey used by all KS] as we have to deal with our exchange rate which isn't fun. $180USD [Wally+Lawmaker+judge dredd] is $217NZD the bonus for me is NO postage costs. So the money I would normally add to it is now spent on mins. I understand Moongoose has to make a profit, but I hope there won't be to many more please "pay $XX to get this item that you really must have or else your game will suck." = cash cow.
I don't mind paying some thing extra but when its done on SO MANY items it gets a bit over the top. and the amount your paying starts to spiral.
Stepping off soap box now,.... better head back to work last night shift then 4 days off to catch up on painting mins and playing Zombicide
