Needless to say, the cat is now meawing at the back door in the rain wondering no doubt why his cat flap is locked. If anyone has a SDE box going spare, I'd appreciate it.

Anyone else top this for Pet related hobby damage?

Mr Whiskers seal of approval.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Our new kitten and my ROB board arrived at more or less the same time. The kitten took a dump in the storage bag that the ROB came with. Rather than clean it up, I chucked it away (since I don't need to store or transport it). However, there were a few casualties - some of the clips that hold the tiles together were tainted and got binned too. Now I only have enough clips to hold my board together - no spares if any get lost/go missing.

Pet related incidents would include the cat chewing on paintbrush.
Found a partialy gnawed Leman Russ sponson on my bed. Dunno how the dog got it off my desk but i guess thats life.
Also lost half a pot of paint when the cat knocked it over.

On the other hand, it's an excuse to shop the bag manufacturers to see if there's one that does foam to hold your SDE game.

The friend who runs RPGs for the gang had an open cardboard box of random RPG character minis. One of his cats used it as a litter box. Painted, 'character' minis (so some time/conversions involved) with cat urine on them. :(

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.
Play the games that make you happy.

I had a cat pull a painted Ork Buggy Gunner of my painting table and bury it in the litter box. That seems like pretty strong criticism.

TO ALL YOU CARPET HATERS...............

We bought the house a few years ago, the carpet's over 20 years old and as yet, we've not got round to decorating the front room. You think this one is bad, you should have seen the bedroom one. Imagine, same style, but in electric blue......

On the plus side, I don't have to take my shoes off And its not my fault. If Sodapop hadn't released SDE, Relic Knights, Tentacle Bento, I hadn't had a demo game of DUST Tactics and then had to buy it all, if GW didn't release Space Hulk and I didn't NEED that Ork army, if Bandi Dai stopped releasing Perfect Grade Gundam models and Takara stopped making Limited Masterpiece Transformers..... if....... I could have done the whole house by now..............

To be fair, your cat obviously has the correct sense of what to take a gak on or not. Unlike the cat in the OP

LOL good point. However, I think taking a dump on something demonstrates a low level animal like resentment...

No pics, but my dog loves the taste of model paints. Besides chewing through a few bottles of ink he made short work of about a dozen Panzer IV's, 3 Panthers, and a platoon of panzergrenadiers in one evening.

If by small you mean a bottle of beer and by hand bag you mean stomach, then yeah I could get on board with that.

Urine and cat crap can be washed off (wear gloves).
Boxes can be replaced.

Perhaps it was just your cat's reaction to his staff getting all "uppity
"?

Dogs have masters, Cats have staff.

My cat gakked in my Warhammer Invasion spare box a couple times and pissed in it as well. Thankfully the cards were in another box, but it was almost a disaster. He also peed in his own bed though, so I think it's an intelligence error. Bed had catnip all over it, he doesn't usually pee on things he likes. He also stole a plastic apothecary that I had JUST purchased!! Never found it...

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I was pulling my dogs blankets for washing when several of my Iron Hands minis come spining out. He had a little nest of minis, and I was between games and painting so really did not know they were missing. Good news was that he did not chew them, just decided he needed them as part of his bed..... However I have a FW Dreadnaught body with "battle damage" from another dog who liked to chew...

Have you ever noticed how cats get severely off thier face from catnip?
I think if there was catnip all over his bed , he may have done the human equivalent of pissing himself due to being absoshattered. I woulda stolen your apothocary too if you drugged me up so bad i pissed myself.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Cats are pets for women, dupes and vain people everywhere. Dogs are far better, loyal, loving and honest.

I also prefer rodents to cats, I prefer the rodents the cat brings in to the cat living in my parents house, and that cat isn't that bad as felines go; he's an appalling mouser though. Brings in large field mice sometimes very much alive and then loses them during play. The cats is so bad at its job that enough field mice, and those are mice normally not found indoors, remained in the house that they formed a colony somewhere behind the kitchen units.
That fething cat is the direct cause of a major mouse infestation, genuine cassus mus, a paragon of incompetence, the feline counterpart of Gav Thorpe or even Gordon Brown.
Before the cat we had no mice, its a good solid well built house from the 30's, its hard for mice to get it. and therein lies the rub, now when you go into the kitchen you can hear the little fethers gnawing somewhere behind the walls, and field mice are bigger braver and smarter than house mice, they navigate traps (we only use humane ones), leap large distances and are bold enough to run into a room rather than scurry around the edges.
Now the mice he brings in they are cute. So far out of the many, and there have been many, three took to the hand. I kept them as pets. One had quite a spectacular life history that one day I will have to record. The week he died I got two more, both tame to the hand, wild born, beautiful, long-tailed field mice. I have them still and I love them very much, and I value them more than any cat.
