Nice use of Ligeti in the paratrooper sequence.

I don't see any Japanese, so the enemy is defiantly not Godzilla. Must be aliens.

I'm going to guess that it's a good old-fashioned kaiju fight. We saw Godzilla versus the military in '98, and I think they'll want to do it differently. And stick to the Japanese formula a little more closely, even if the window dressing is different. Note how the big guy looks closer to the original than the '98 version.

Some of the viral marketing seems to be focusing on sinkholes around the world...maybe indicating multiple monsters.

Yes Please!

I wonder if they're going to have some man-sized monsters or aliens for the military to fight? Shame we can't have a Godzilla/Pacific Rim crossover.

Now if only America could get attacked by some giant monster from another culture and have it's military save the day... I've never seen that movie before...

I'm a big Godzilla fan, and will see this. I just hope they don't screw it up too badly.

I really expected Godzilla to rear up and eat those HALO jumping dudes. I was disappointed it didn't happen that way.

Big fan... family fun time are our Godzilla movies. I'm cautiously optomistic... did anyone notice/know what the movie is rated?

Yeah, I was almost hoping Godzilla was just raring up to roar and they fell in.

The movie is still in post, so it hasn't been submitted for a rating yet. I could not imagine a theatrical release with a revenue-killing R rating, even though that would be amazing.

NOM NOM NOM

I am glad to see them going with the massive destruction and 'hubris of man ect ect' angle again. There will be other monsters in it, so it isn't just people versus Big G either.

Kinda digging the roar, but it sounds a bit muted.

I hope it's cranked up in the theater.

I fully support this movie as it's one of the few Sci-Fi movie trailers in the last 3 years not to have that darn "Vroonnggg!" sound ever 5 freaking seconds with a cut to black...
