I still think that we're over-complicating the issue in terms of perceived value. There's till practically a whole month to go in terms of funding, unlocks, and added value to just the base pledge. I imagine the deal will only sweeten.

Honestly, I think with the free stuff you're getting already, you're already probably looking at 30-40% off in free stuff as is right now.

Probably. That's why I'm not fussed about it.

I like some of the models as a one off for painting cause they're cute but I have better places for my money for the next 18 months while we wait for this to be delivered....

I am (unsurprisingly) with Alpha on this one. Even if you ignore all the "Blacksmith" additions, I think the "Booty" rewards make it a decent buy at the flat $100 pledge level, and that value (perceived or otherwise) is sure to increase as we head towards the end of the campaign.

Yep, that's what I'm currently doing. I imagine I may drop and extra $10 for a hero, or maybe if there's a mini-boss villain.
I kind of wish the Twilight Knight's sword was a bit more chunky and squat. It looks a bit less-chibi than most other swords so far.

With an unknown shipping cost, a likely 12-18 month turnaround, and Abbott's Gerry Harvey GST Import law changes on the horizon, I see it as a bit too much risk for us Aussies.

How? Those would be around whether you buy it now or buy it when it hits retail. Shipping charges aren't going to suddenly go away in the next 12 months, nor are Harvey's GST nonsense laws.
I'll buy it from local discounted retail. Shipping will be minimal (SPM is particularly bad for international shipping costs), no extra hit from GST/import duty, and I get to spend my money today on product from today rather than stuff to arrive in 2015 or 16.

The single pledge tier really helps facilitate this. As opposed to the Relic Knights KS where I was using a spreadsheet quite frequently, I simply check in from time to time and see if there's anything neat that's been added to freebies or if any new addons strike my fancy.
So far it's just been an extra $10 for the KD Twilight Knight.

Even some sort of expansion box like Arcadia Quest offered would be cool. Store everything in more updated trays, maybe a double layered tray even?
I'd buy one.
I actually love that box. For the longest time though SDE gathered dust until the kids could read and were able to do more on there own, without dad having to micromanage every single aspect of the game.
Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!
Oh - from the way the second map dotted line ran into the teaser pic, I thought that the boss/miniboss would be the last stretch goal of the campaign, and a capper to it all.

I did too, and I thought it might be more of an 'expansion' thing, with a hero too?

Interesting video - if the squirrels are creeps for the forest-themed board, and creeps change depending on location, I'm betting one of our upcoming stretch goals will be a set of creeps for the existing fire-themed boards.

I thought those were the slimes?

It's possible - but I don't think so? I think slimes will be common to all dungeons. And I don't think they'd have people shell out $15 for an add-on that they couldn't use in the brand new dungeon (also assuming a fair portion of backers might not own the original game). Though I suppose it's also possible that the existing tile set will ONLY have slimes and the new ones will have slimes + other creeps. *shrug* - just a guess.

Skullbats, drakes and Gels are pretty 'creep-like'
All they really need for backwards compatibility is to have rules for those to be creeps and release creep packs.
