Does anyone know what the quality of the resin is like? I know its not the finecast stuff, but is it the same as forgeworld? That would be one of my biggest concerns... not that I can get one if I wanted at this point

Its poly stone. If you've ever picked up any sort of limited edition statuette from some popular sci if or fantasy IP, you're probably familiar.

Damn GW, I was wrong, it looks like people will buy whatever you put out at what ever price you set! I can only imagine someone at corporate is kicking themselves that they didn't set the price at $150.

Wow Sold Out... so fast. I still can't imagine why it would be limited edition for an item that has rules available normally. Then again it was the same with the Apocalypse templates at first (I just noticed there are clear plastic ones up now).

I got one, I would have never bought it if it wasnt limited edition. However the fact that i may want it some day for some army kinda forces me to buy it so I guess that kind of marketing does work lol.

Was the price of this "regionally adjusted" or did the non UK price translate roughly to £65 GBP?

US = US$100
UK = US$107
OZ = US$109
CA = US$106

So minimal difference.

eh was 20$ usd more then it would have costed me from the usa store. So pretty good deal imo as the ebay price will be insane i think.
