Political has now called PA for Trump. WTF Fox? What are you waiting for? Trump is up by 70,000 with 104% of the votes counted. Call it already.

No he hasn't, share a link of him blaming bush for anything. Bush is rightly blamed for the stuff he did, turning over a huge deficit for example, but Obama never once tried to pass the buck. He will go down as one of the greatest presidents, 8 years with no scandals, his greatest fault was trying to bring america up to the standards of the rest of the enlightened world by giving them health care. His big mistake was letting the republicans have a input on it, and not dismissing them outright. That's on him.

Is that what you think of America? Because that's not how America works anymore. We have politicians who grind government to a halt, obstruct everything, then campaign and win on "government is broken."

You are wildly overestimating the average American voter. America is a country hungry for someone to blame. Someone other.

Well, looks like the republicans are going to get their SC Justice. I would say I look forward to this same stunt being pulled on them in the future, if I didn't wholeheartedly disagree with it in the first place.

So we started this believing the Republicans were in disarray when it looks like the Democrats will be. I think the Liberal protest votes will be the story in the next few weeks.

that will be a hard sell, even to americans. the GOP controls everything, when things continue to get worse for them, they'll see the error of their ways. Unfortunately, it will be way to late by then.

So, It seems the talk tends to be that Trump seemed to have tapped into a VERY real anger of white america that the democrats seemed to either have ignored or in some cases even pushed away and cultured.

It doesn't looks like they went to Stein, her vote totals were entirely negligible, while Johnson seemed to pull probably more from Trump than Clinton's hoped for ex-Bernie-ites. As such, I suspect it will more likely be an issue of turnout and potential Clinton voters staying home rather than protest votes. That would be my guess anyway.

If Trump lives up to his predictions, it will be interesting to see what the long term consequences of his presidency will be on the electoral pictures. He pulled the white vote out of the hat, with a solid assist by Clinton and her underperforming the minority vote. But the white vote keeps on shrinking, which is part of what caused the surge to begin with. If he manages to mirror the CBO predictions, and hit all minority groups as promised, the GOP could take a big hit in 2018 and beyond. That's why I hope a somewhat sane GOP congress will keep him in check. It doesn't make me feel any better that Pence is most likely going to be the brains behind the Trump White House policies.

Oh, the republicans are going to be in disarray here. A person with an R won the election, but by discarding a bunch of traditional republican policy in favor of openly embracing the deplorables that the mainstream party leadership had tried to pander to without really giving them control. Trump has declared the new direction for the party, and I think there are a lot of republican leaders in full panic mode over how to fix this debacle.

Why would they be? Even Rubio got his job back. They crushed in the House and probably have the Senate. We have an election that is clearly is saying, more Republican is good. Republicans voted Trump and voted tribe. I'm sure almost every Trump vote was a straight ticket vote. Republicans sweated for sure but they definitely are in good shape. All they have to do is use Pence to guide Trump.

At least in MI, it appears Stein was the difference for Clinton. Johnson is grabbing from all over and will play a role in Clinton's likely loss.

Democrats in disarray? Hell no, they have never had an election platform so perfectly lined up for them. Unless a GOP-led US does well, the Dems can run on a platform of 'we told you so' and net easy majorities. Even if the country stays the same they still can, because the GOP won't have actually fixed anything they claimed to. And unless trickle-down economics starts working real well all of the sudden I don't think things will get better, because the Middle East certainly won't and minorities aren't going anywhere.

Most GOP members will have an eye on the fact that 2/3 of the nation didn't vote, I think. And if things don't get better you can guarantee that fraction will be smaller next time around.

lol you asked for scandals under HIS Administration I gave you a short list. Who put Eric Holder in office? Who sank millions into solyndra, who didn't listen to the constant stream of calls for help from Benghazi? who watched as the VA Continued to implode? Who used the IRS to go after conservative groups? If your going to blame Bush for the WMDs in Iraq then by that same logic you have to blame Obama for all those scandals. Either that or openly admit your a hypocrite.

Primary duty to the American people by holding up the American values that made us to great in the first place. We should strive to be Superman rather than settling with Jack Bauer.

No, we have an election that says more Trump is good. Things like "we should reconsider the value of NATO" are absolutely horrifying for the conventional republican leadership, which has for decades established itself as the side that supports the military and our important alliances against the bad guys. Seeing a candidate making a serious push for mass deportations is a terrifying possibility for the wealthy campaign donors who profit from the labor of illegal immigrants. Etc. Trump and his mob of deplorables are running the country, and the fact that he had an R next to his name is likely little consolation for the previous party leaders who have seen control of their party disappear.

Exactly what resources are we talking about here? And how do you rationalize this "our citizens first" policy with Trump's explicitly stated desire to spend a ton of money "bombing the out of" ISIS, for the benefit of a whole lot of people who are not US citizens?

One interesting statistic coming out is that younger Americans did not come out as much this election as they did the previous 2. Sebter's prediction that the Dem's might swing further left could come true. They need that demographic if they want to win in the future, and that means swinging more toward's Bernie's side of the isle.
