My cron is looking much more festive now. It's Santa Cron!

Love the paint job on Calas Typhon there, Gundor . Too much gritty-ness can spoil a model, but you've struck a pretty good balance.

There are plenty peaceful or charming things could be parodied.

As long as you are doing it with good intension and not trying to undermine anything I think you will be OK, if its too serious that no one dares talk about the thing or put them in art then what happened will definitely be forgotten. That little event is a bright piece in a very dark time.

Heres an update to mine, taking a stand model and getting it to sit is harder than I thought, I chopped his legs off and pined them but hes not on the seat properly, I think will have to shave Ork Santa's ass to make him fit, which is something you should never attempt with Santa, or an Ork.......

The colour scheme and greenstuffed parts were based on the Culter Dei and Jian Shiang Di factions' appearances in the video game EYE: Divine Cybermancy, which is set in a WH40k-esque grimdark universe where the genetically-modified superhumans make more sensible choices when it comes to the colour of their armour

I haven't even started painting my entry, and I'm probably gonna change it since it appears with the upcoming Imperial Agents book Inquisitors got nerfed into the ground (leaving me little incentive to paint the model). What I might do instead is paint a bunch of my Dreadball Xtreme guys (probably the Convict team). I'll post a proof pic when I decide.

Going to take the opportunity to get this beautiful (and long OOP) terrain piece done. Kind of a late start so some of the long drying times might be a tight fit, but it's worth a try! Proof pic:
