Bought that knife dangling Tanith trooper as a single mini from a bitz seller, and ended up paying through the nose for it. Now that EU wants customs for everything arriving from outside the EU, buying bitz from UK vendors just became prohibitively expensive.

I do not believe he did, no. I think that he was gone from the range long before the FineCost debacle.

Northmen Folk Rabble because I need villagers, and they can also be easily made to bandits.

Death Guard Codex and a couple of the Space Marine Heroes which should be arriving shortly. When I have 500pts of Dark Angels on the table my old Death Guard are going in the dettol. They will not like it up em!

Saw a damned cool looking 3d printed Sharknado/Balewind Vortex model in another thread last week.

Picked up some used models to add to my Slaves to Darkness for AoS and some Ellyrian Reavers i'm just going to use as Fast Cav for a 6th edition Dogs of War army.

This model finally arrived and its flocking useless! The scale is off from everything else in 40K land. Primaris sized guardsman

Do they seriously expect me to use these in KT2.0? I think these were a "collectors only" thing. I would never have bougt the model if I had known the goofy scale.

A single Chippewa fighter for Aerotech/BattleTech.

Now I'm browsing pics of RL military planes for paint scheme inspiration.


A handful of us at the local shop are going to give Aerotech a spin/demo next week. So we each grabbed a single fighter off the pegs...
It's been 30+ years since I last used aerospace fighters in BT, so I couldn't tell you what a Chippewa does anymore. But the minis cool looking.

It's okay, at least I didn't buy the whole box. Just wanted to post a lil heads up so that others can be aware of the scale difference.

Helleniki Starter and Telesto for Arena Rex, plus sets of all the objectives I need for Bushido. Means that for both games I own everything I need for at least one faction and any objectives I need to play (just missing out on mat/terrain)

Local shop got in a box of Ogre Leadbelchers.
Picked them up with the intent of using several in a Destruction force for Warcry.

Once home & looking at the War Cry entries.... Holy Gak are ogres expensive in that system! That one box, that makes 4 ogres (leadbelchers or Gluttons)? That's the only box I'll ever need. I can make 3 of them Leadbelchers (losing virtually nothing melee-wise), use the 4th to represent a leader of some type, and have a 4 model strong force that's just shy of the 1k pt Wre Cry cap.
