Second Gang Stronghold and a 99€ Octarius box from Kutami.de, looks like they slashed their prices to stay 20% under GW's special offer. Hopefully I can move the books and teams and keep a second set of terrain super cheap.

I broke my vow of 'no more models till the pile of shame is in order' And got a Razorback. However. Seeing as my Grey Knights only need another and a Godhammer pattern Land Raider. I might just cave and get all that and set to getting the army 100% built and painted.

Pre-ordered the new Kill Team box. I have been trying really hard not to buy new models this year as I work down my pile of shame. But then GW decided to release a start box that contains both armies I play. Kind of hard to skip.

Went a bit MCP-crazy after realizing how quick those minis paint up and ordered Ghost-Spider/Ultimate Spider-Man, Taskmaster/Punisher, Green Goblin and Daredevil/Bullseye.

28cmx21cm oval base(trying to turn smaug into the khorne lord & his dragon).

Damn this sort of small order from UK order gets expensive. 2.5£ for base itself. 5.95£ for postage. Well this was still cheapest source for this sort of weird base that I know. Then it comes here. Outside EU so I need to go through customs. That added another 2.6£ to the fee. Then local post office charges extra for packages that needs to go through custom which added about 2.7£ more to the thing so almost 14£ spent on one bloody base.

Alas not much supply on 280mmx210mm oval bases...Not that there likely is much demand either

Travelbattle from Perry Miniatures.

A complete Wargame in a box. Comes with 2 modular plastic boards (which have inch squares on them for measurements), terrain, 2 forces, dice, and rules. Everything you need apart from glue and paint.

Over comes the main obstacle of needing an opponent with an opposing force.

Picked up a green colorshift metallic paint from FolkArt to use for warpstone, wound up functioning almost exactly like contrast paint. One coat gave me highlights and shading, all with colorshift and some metallic sparkle for extra warp goodness. Best less than $4 US I have ever spent.

Now the detail is about the same as the early Reaper Bones figures, and the cheapest plastic they offer is $19.99 before the discount. Shipping within the US is $7.99, so these 3d printed figures are not cheap or very detailed. However, this lets you customize a character model and get something offbeat that you need but no one makes commercially. Like a cyberpunk kitsune (although maybe there is one on Etsy since I last looked at cyberpunk figures). So anyway, I bought two figures I designed, both for Stargrave. Also designed the cyberpunk kitsune, but not bought it yet.

Also kickstarted Colony 87 Wave 4 last month.
