I kinda forgot they even had presenters. I normally just read the article after they're done with all the previews. Especially after the 1st preview when there was so much dead air. I'd imagine any presentation from the community team will make me cringe hard watching either way, since I have trouble with just their Youtube vids.

I mean, the first one was a bit of a let down but the second was pretty solid. Even then as was pointed out any one of these reveals a few years ago would have been insane.

Honestly some of it is people just trolling because they are bored and frustrated that they know the stuff is months off at best. Others hype themselves up until only the second coming of the Emperor would half satisfy their desires; whilst others are just in the dolldrums to start with and GW would have to ship free kittens AND puppies to them to even have a hope of a positive reaction (and even then they'd complain that the kittens were too small and the puppies the wrong breed ).

By and large the reaction is positive; by and large most know that GW can't even get anything to us and overwhelmingly most of us just want the world back how it was 6 months ago!

Do you have extra info that I'm not privy to here or something? All I see is "Preview 3. Online! Join us in 2 days. Twitch.tv". I mean, I suppose we could consider the exclamation mark as over-hype, but I'd personally think that's a bit uncharitable tbh.

I feel inclined to say, at least for me, the feedback and reactions I've seen haven't been largely positive. I'd describe them as largely mixed.

Can they turn chat off on Twitch?

If that's an option for them I'd take it.

There is no reason to have it. Even after they made it subscriber only, too many people mean any good questions or comments get lost in the spam.

I am hoping for Daemon Primarch Fulgrim + 9th edition. Anything less and I am disappointed.

Are you new to Twitch? That's what it's supposed to be. Literally just memes and spam and the occasional bit of something else. Working as intended imo. Not everything has to be productive.

Second the Primarch. No cares about 9th.

Yeah pretty new, ive watched the Warhammer TV stream off and on for a year or so, but the first two previews are the first ones I've seen with so many people present. I hid the chat because it was inane nonsense. I'll hide it before the stream gets going this time.

Both of which is non-sense born from BoLS click-bait fake-rumours.

Gathering the Informations.

Fulgrim is more likely than not. They've been teasing him since at least Fracture of Biel-Tan.

9th edition isn't based off BoLS outside of the "9th edition" tag.
It started as speculation elsewhere, pointing towards the slowdown in book releases and shift towards campaign styled material as being reminiscent of what we saw with Age of Sigmar moving towards its 1.5 that we have now with Soul Wars' launch.

Fulgrim has been teased in multiple PA books.

A reveal of Fulgrim would certainly be a big one. Though i suspected the next Primarch would be loyalist, since we have 2 daemon Primarchs already.

I don't see another Loyalist Primarch popping up until GW feels they really need to shake the plot up again.

Rumormonger supreme Hastings broke the news of primarchs in 40K with this message (commenting on the plastic Ahriman):

Looks good, I’m looking forward to seeing Magnus, Angron, Mortarion, Russ & Guilliman now

And he was right about the three we’ve received. Priorities easily could have changed since then, but I’d lay my money on the next one coming from that list.

Also, GW teases constantly in the fluff. Some things take years to pay off. Many never do.

I mean, GW have done this to themselves. Consider:

A loyalist primary awakes: Has a chat with the Mechanicus, and engineers the saviours the Imperium needs. Despite losing half its territory, it has never been so secure.

A traitor primary awakes: He twirls his moustache, and seeks to implement his dastardly plan. But fear not, for Johnny Ultramine, recently promoted to Sergeant of the 856th company, draws his mighty chainsword and cuts the daemon primarch in twain.

They can release as many traitor primarchs as they want; they'll never achieve anything, along or together. But having two loyalist primarchs up and about at the same time would make the Imperium unstoppable.

Sisters of Battle: 5495pts
Imperial Agents: 500pts
Tyranids: 5195pts
Khorne Daemons: 3015pts

Gloomspite Gitz: 8490pts
Skaven: 6170pts
Blades of Khorne Daemons: 3980pts
Destruction Mercenaries: 480pts

Angron and Fulgrim I'd say are inevitable - they feature in past and present stories and have had models before.

I can't immediately see who on the loyalist side would come back as a end result of Psychic awakening though.

I could swear they straight up said there would be two more previews at the end of part 2. Thus some of the annoyance after we all expected only 2 total for the big reveals.

I wonder if they're silently walking that back and rolling the rest into a big one tomorrow to try and build back some good will?

Considering the tensions following both Imperium Secondus and post-Heresy between the various Primarchs, I don't see Russ or Johnson just going along with how Guilliman is doing/wants to do things. It also gives the anti-Guilliman members of the High Lords someone to appeal to. That's what I meant by shaking up the plot.

UK Lockdown is at least another three weeks - so it's good will from the internet of all places and three weeks of radio silence vs four part preview...
Earliest releases are now end of May (few sites seem to have a tentative restock date of the 22nd).

If anything it will be the opposite. The Uk’s Lockdown has been extended for at least another 3 weeks. They are probably planning to do part 4 in the warhammerfest timeframe so they have something to show then and save the announcements they originally intended for that show to spread out over the next few weeks.

It seems likely that they wanted to announce 9th edition at adepticon, which along with pariah, war of the spider, 2 new AOS armies, a Horus heresy primarch, new Warcry warbands, a new bloodbowl team, more stuff for Lotr and the story forge stuff probably would have merited the “biggest preview ever” tag.

But now with such uncertainty about when production and shipping will start again it is probably unwise to announce their biggest product.
My prediction is that this show will be lacklustre for 40k fans as they will save 9th edition for warhammerfest or later. We we will probably just see a new hero, maybe the Necron that was rumoured. We will get a new bloodbowl team, another look at Lumineth or Sons of Behemat, another small expansion for Blackstone, a few new models for the Horus Heresy and a bit of a mystery for Warcry. The Warcry reveal is the most intriguing. It really could be anything.
