Aside from hating USRs in general (I have a really bad memory, I'd rather the rule just be printed on the sheet) these seem... ok for being USRs.
Also totally unrelated, but tactical/intercessor squads are definitely being combined right?

Why would Tactical Squads be combined with Intercessors? Outside of Sergeant upgrades and grandes hey share no equipment and don't share miniatures.

Same reason terminator squads are now mixed primaris/firstborn. Reduce the number of units, simplify the army. The 10th edition trailer featuring a single intercessor with heavy bolter is what really makes me think this is happening.
They'll call it something like "Tactical Intercessors" and let you use a mix of tactical/intercessor marines since they have the same base sizes anyway.

You can still print a usr on a sheet. That's just an execution issue. You could just as easily NOT print non usrs on a sheet and have them in the book. How they're presented has no effect on whether they are standardised.
The concept of a usr is simply that the mechanic is standardised across all units.

It's not as if there was a "First Born Terminator" unit and a "Primaris Terminator" unit that have been consolidated now. There simply weren't Primaris Terminators, and GW took the chance to redesign Terminators rather than add Primaris Terminators as a separate unit.
Intercessors and Tacticals are not the same thing.

Mainly because GW follows models first, rules second, and they are distinctly different kits not meant to be fully cross compatible with one another.

Of those three, I'd expect the heavy bolter and multi melta to stick around, but I wouldn't be as optimistic about the "heavy plasma incinerator".

Wild guess:
10th will see a release of new Tacticals and Assault Marines just like terminators. Their composition will change a bit. I also wouldn't be surprised if Primaris will see a shake up of their units. Their inception was clearly HH influenced, with the whole unit having the same load out. I wouldn't even be surprised if they'd rerelease and consolidate entire kits for that on new sprues to revive the concept of ablative wounds for Marines. In the end there will be an edition where Primaris is just a footnote or they'll be retconned into having never existed in the first place.

I think it really depends on whether they feel those choices are meaningful ones. If, say, Eradicators play basically the same with all three loadouts, then odds are they will condense the two rifle profiles into one, and keep the multi melta. honestly, i would expect Eradicators to not be very affected.
Same with hellblasters: given thier stated goal of reducing the "just use plasma on everything" syndrome, it seems likely they will consolidate their profiles towards a central one, strong enough to be a threat to MEQ/ TEQ but not high enough str to be a massive problem for vehicles.

It would be adding the weapons to Intercessors, which with Hellblasters and Missile Dudes existing, along with the fact I'm sure the flying Autocannon dudes' arms aren't stuck in place, this wouldn't be hard to accomplish.

I am personally hoping for some simplification on data sheets that take forever to process. What I am referring to are things like primaris vehicles with 5 different types of weapons. Small missiles, bolters, smaller bolters and whatnot could be consolidated into "side guns". Then have an individual profile for the big ones, the ones you choose and pay for.

Suppressors always remind me of that tale of the Havoc CSM on Bikes that won the battle. A ridiculous concept that can only work in a ruleset with armour facing.
For the none initiated, sit down around the fire and let me guide you to a story of the good old times:

Yeah a lot of the Primaris vehicles can be greatly improved with a 'side arms' weapon profile that consolidates all of the similar stuff together.
As an added bonus, that change would also mean it no longer matters which specific options are on the model and new ones could even be built with some guns left off. That would help reduce the "rolled around in a bits box" look for vehicles like the Repulsor.
This has been predicted since 2017 and will probably continue to be repeated beyond 2027. They might well consolidate some rules, but anyone who thinks GW won't also want to sell the shiny new plastic HH kits to 40k players are kidding themselves. If I had to bet between firstborn being discontinued, or HH eventually getting around to a new MkVII kit that also had 40k rules, I know what option I'd pick.

10th edition is shaping up to look like it might be an enjoyable system.
Surely there is something we haven't seen yet that will make it lacking. Thisnis GW after all, they rarely make good game systems these days, lovely models, and a nice fleshed out setting, but rules are not their strong point.

I cba to count them all, some would be educated guesses, but my point was if you look at your model and it has multiple of a weapon on the same platform, odds are it's twin linked, you're also welcome to refer to any guns with "twin" in the name or any historically twin linked weapons.

This needs to stop being the go to for people looking for something to complain about, it just makes you look like you don't understand how math works.
Current marine armies: Every marine can reroll every dice because there's like 14 different reroll auras.
New marines: Rerolls against 1 unit.
Not the same.
